AMERICA has still not delivered on almost two thirds of the aid it promised victims of the Boxing Day tsunami. It heads a table of rich nations which have failed to come up with the goods - handing over just £77million of the £201million it pledged for relief. The US contribution represents just 2.2per cent of the £3.5billion raised worldwide after the disaster claimed 300,000 lives in south east Asia.

MAP: Port Arthur, TX/LA BORDER in eye of Rita, FEMA fascism will obliterate two states now

INFORMATION about where Rita is likely to strike.
High probabilities for Port Arthur (86%) then Galveston (64&) by Saturday 7 p.m. within 65 miles of eye of Rita.
We have exposed over the past weeks how FEMA has been selling the American people on the Martial Law Police State in the Katrina aftermath. Will the federal Government attempt to conduct another laboratory test scenario for total dictatorial control should Rita provide the right conditions? Numerous credible sources have come forward with examples of how the FEMA has been deliberately sabotaging relief efforts in New Orleans, making things worse than need be. Jefferson Parish President Aaron Broussard appeared on Meet the Press and broke down in tears as he described FEMA's criminal activities. Broussard stated "We had Wal-Mart deliver three trucks of water, trailer trucks of water. FEMA turned them back. They said we didn't need them. This was a week ago. FEMA--we had 1,000 gallons of diesel fuel on a Coast Guard vessel docked in my parish. The Coast Guard said, "Come get the fuel right away." When we got there with our trucks, they got a word. "FEMA says don't give you the fuel."...FEMA is being treated as the enemy because they are sabotaging key facilities in an effort to intentionally worsen the already desperate scenes of horror in New Orleans. [and now in Texas for sure.] FEMA/federal troops illegally initiated total gun confiscation of law abiding citizens--without receipts so they are unclaimable--and forcibly removed them from their property in New Orleans.

RITA & KATRINA: 1st evers: 2 Cat.5, in one season, in Gulf, on same path;1.3M+ leave TX/LA

Hurricane Rita...zipped from tropical storm to Category 5 hurricane in 30 hours--storm equivalent of racecar going 0 to 100 in nothing flat. --- first time ever in one hurricane season, two Cat 5's cross Gulf of Mexico on nearly identical paths. --- AIR FORCE HAS POWER TO 'ZAP' STORM, DEMOTE IT, THOUGH THEY DON'T, THEY JUST 'ZAP' PICTURE EVIDENCE OF STORM STEERING. "President Bush, in a speech to the Republican Jewish Coalition, told residents, "listen carefully to the instructions provided by [your terrorist lackeys in the] state and local authorities, and follow them." 'Cause when we finally get a more complete cleanout unlike Katrina, then we can really take over your homes for corporate development purposes, shut down media, start martial law, confiscate guns illegally, have wet ops destroy infrastructure, shoot witnesses, test microwave crowd control devices, build FEMA camps, starve you out, import private paramilitary from Iraq, and bring in more international troops to destroy you. We did that in Katrina. And it worked. That, America, is my "response". Thank you for being such a nation of fools. God bless America. God bless FEMA. Let her rip, Mayfield and Chertoff. Power up that mother. Let's roll.'

Bush Intends to Blame Environmentalists for New Orleans Fiasco
Apparently, the Bush administration has finally initiated a plan to deal with the havoc of Katrina: When all else fails, blame the environmentalists. U.S. invaded by Mex.,Canada, Dutch, German, Russian: exceptions to Posse Commutatus Act...

"Hey, no one told us international NATO military guys at Northcom we can't use foreign troops to invade--to get around the American Posse Commutatus ban against domestic troops...."
Actually, Northcom has a well placed list of exceptions on the Northcom.mil website, already planned out: here's a list of already set up "exceptions" they mention to the Posse Commutatus Act. Expect these "exceptions" to be utilized by Northcom--or invented--as a context for further internationalized martial law in the U.S.A. "as the HAARP turns." However, Americans are well within their rights to conduct immediate citizens arrests of major Northcom figures, and these military figures get two years jail automatically:
Section 1385 of Title 18, United States Code (USC), states: "Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army or Air Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both."
Since Congress DID NOT authorize this action--the only way it could fathomably occur--and it doesn't fit in their legal exceptions mentioned below we are to conclude fairly that Northcom's actions after Hurricane Katrina are a breach of the Posse Commutatus Act as well as a treasonous act combined, and we may conduct citizens arrest of major Northcom figures RIGHT NOW. Who wants to organize the PR for that?
