Along with the two American soldiers, 14 were wounded. Also that day, two suicide bombers killed more than 100 Kurds and wounded more than 200.

Under the guise of forest fire prevention, the Bush Administration's Forest Service has proposed logging in California's Sequoia National Monument, home to some of the world's tallest and oldest trees, reaching ages of 3,200 years or more.[1] Also at risk are the Pacific fisher, the California spotted owl, and many other threatened species dependent on ancient forest habitat.

An Enemy Of The People
The Democrats are, of course, part of what Nader is concerned about. Quite apart from the oily-establishment and war-friendly Kerry, the Democratic party itself has come to stand for very little. You might call it America's parlor-polite alternative to the selfish stench of the Republicans. Putting up Kerry to replace Bush is like putting up Rutherford B. Hayes to replace Calvin Coolidge. It may be possible for Kerry to win, but, really, what difference to anything would his victory make? Bullwinkle the moose miming John Kennedy at the next State of the Union.
Ordinary Americans have completely embraced the idea that whatever is good or necessary for large corporations is somehow good for them. This may have been true in 1949, but it is certainly not true now. Americans are remarkably passive about everything from steaming toxic dumps left behind by closed factories to bloody interventions abroad.

The Damian Garcia Murder Revisited

[Originally published in Marxist-Leninist Newswire. Revised and edited, February 25, 2004] Friday, October 05, 2001 On April 22, 1980 members of the Revolutionary Communist Party [RCP-USA] went to the Pico Gardens housing project in the Boyle Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles in order to distribute party information and recruit people to join their planned May Day march coming up the following week. According to Los Angeles Times reports, the RCP was distributing leaflets which said "No Work, No School for May Day" when a crowd of approximately 50 youth confronted them. The shouting match that ensued quickly escalated to violence when alleged youth gang members turned fire hoses on RCP members and demanded party members leave the project. At first they turned project fire hoses on the RCP; and then attacked them with fists and knives. Two party members were stabbed, Damian Garcia and Hayden Fisher. Garcia died at the scene from multiple stab wounds to the abdomen, chest and neck. Fisher was rushed to a nearby hospital in critical condition with a stab wound to the back and later recovered.

BUSH PLANS NATIONAL VOTE FRAUD IN 2004: A LOOK AT THE 'WAR MAP' EVIDENCE

The map of where the voting machines are for 2004 is overlaid on a 10-region block area of predictable voting pattern demographics for the past 30 years. These 10 areas represent how the United States has voted in presidential elections, as blocks, in the past 30 years. This is information that would be common knowledge in any Bush 2004 planning team. What it shows about where the insecure, unverifiable electronic voting machines are: it reveals that Bush is out to get the 2004 vote in a very illegal manner. It reveals that the hideous 'war plan' of the Bushites Neo-cons in power is to introduce electronic voting machine technology only where it will assure a Bush win--in particularly crucial contentious areas—while leaving durable Republican-voting areas as low priority areas for electronic voting machine introduction.
The below article is a description of these 10 durable regional areas, with commentary of how the introduction of voting machine technology differently in them has allowed the option for Bush and his henchmen to remove Bush voter opposition electronically at the polls--through nationally orchestrated vote fraud.

Kucinich - Good Fight; Wrong Battlefield
Since the 1972 Democratic campaign, the right wing of the party has regained control-assuming that it ever really lost it. In 2004, we have seen the effects of this. John Kerry and John Edwards were for all essential purposes, washed up in early February, and Howard Dean was the frontrunner. Then, the party leadership got busy. Now Howard Dean is on the sidelines and Kerry and Edwards are sharing the front seat. This didn't happen because of Dean's gaffes, it happened because he threatened the party's right wing-represented today by the so-called Democratic Leadership Council.

Coming American Holocaust (police state murder infrastructure in place)BOX CAR DEATH CAMPS

With a seven-inch thick portfolio filled with photographs, news articles, correspondence, etc., Mr. Sea (intentionally anonymous) is a former inspector for the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Department of Defense, with 31 years of federal service in the military, nine with the Department of Defense, including two years with the Air Staff --- holder of the Bronze Star, the Purple Heart, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, three awards of the Joint Service Medal --- spoke of the coming American Holocaust of the Government's plans for dealing with the non-New World Orderites --- infrastructure that has already been set up to incarcerate and execute Americans, and the locations of the facilities...all with photographs --- Mr. Sea: "On August 6, 1994, I toured the Amtrak Railcar Repair Facility at Beech Grove, Indianapolis, Indiana. There are at least ten maintenance barns at this facility, covering 129 acres, with two separate fences with the tops leaning inward. The windows of several buildings have been bricked up....There are three helicopter 25-knot aviation wind socks (which aren't the correct ones to use for chemical spills which require 10-knot wind socks). There are high security NSA-style people turnstiles, and high intensity/security lighting for 24-hour operation. The box car (gas chamber) building fence is marked with special 'RED/BLUE Zone' signs [visible in the photo ]. This corresponds to the 'mission' of the RED/BLUE Lists which surfaced in June and July of 1996. Under martial law, this will become a death camp. They're only going to handle category one and two (RED and BLUE) people there. This box car facility will be used for execution.

In the 30 years of its formal history, the American Indian Movement (AIM) has given witness to a great many changes. We say formal history, because the movement existed for 500 years without a name. REVEREND BILLY'S Starbucks Invasion

PERHAPS PORTLAND SHOULD REQUEST A VISIT FROM REVEREND BILLY....
"In his stentorian wail, his well-enunciated words, his talent for self-publicity, he will treat the assembled customers to a sermon on the evils of 'Frankenbucks'. He will tell them about the genetically modified, Monsanto-brand bovine growth hormones in Starbucks' milk. He will tell them about the battles the company has engaged in to prevent its workers joining trades unions. He will tell them about Starbucks' corporate policy of 'clustering' many outlets at once in parts of town where there are local cafés, and expanding the clusters until only Starbucks is left. He will tell them about the company's use of prison labour to package its products."
Starbucks hates the Reverend Billy. The Reverend Billy has an uncanny ability to empty out Starbucks branches in a very short time. Such is Starbucks' loathing of the reverend that it sent a memo to all its staff entitled 'What to do if the Reverend Billy is in your store'. Read
it, along with suggested scripts for your own Starbucks performance, at http://www.revbilly.com .
