Impeachment and the Table
However, in stating flatly that "impeachment is off the table," incoming Speaker Pelosi and incoming Chairman Conyers appear to have erred rather substantially. Impeachment, of course, is a matter of Constitutional law, not personal discretion on the part of individual lawmakers. The pre-emptive nature of the decision by Pelosi and Conyers stands in sharp contrast to every principal of law enforcement. Congress - whether controlled by Democrats or Republicans - has a solemn duty to uphold and when necessary enforce the law.

HAVE YOU READ THE TALMUD LATELY?
In my last e-alert, I was the bearer of bad news: Deep within Judaism's most sacred rabbinic writings, the Talmud and Zohar (Kabbalah), there exists the obligation to overthrow existing Gentile and Christian society and establish a "new Jewish order." Such Judaic teaching powerfully diminishes the value of Gentile lives, particularly today in Israel's occupied territories and Lebanon.

Please Call your House Rep to Stop the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act
If this act passes, your right to free speech will be eroded away. People can be imprisoned for daring to speak out on behalf of animals. This act will mean that the government can put people in jail for the contents of their speech, and that anyone who says that torturing animals in labs is wrong can be brought up on charges.

Notice to Activist: Two Acts must be revoked immediately!
The State of Affairs NOTE TO FELLOW ACTIVISTS: the MOST PRESSING ISSUES TODAY are two bills that were signed into law on October 17, 2006. These new acts that were passed into law by congress -- The Military Commissions Act of 2006 and the John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007, trump any other issues out there today because these are the keys to ultimate tyranny. If these acts are NOT repealed we can kiss it all goodbye. I would suggest that we make this our first order of business and set aside all other none essential issues and focus on getting these repealed.

Great news in Angola 3 case
With great joy, we can announce that we have just received an
opinion from Commissioner Rachel Morgan of the 19th Judicial District
Court in Baton Rouge recommending that Herman Wallace's 1974 murder
conviction be reversed. The opinion is the result of an evidentiary
hearing held inside the Louisiana State Penitentiary on September 19, and
gives us new hope that Herman, who is 65 years old and has now been in
solitary confinement for 34 years, may soon win his freedom. There are,
however, still struggles ahead.

At 10:15 a.m., I was the first person to vote electronically at my precinct in Cleveland Heights. Having arrived at 6:30 when the polls opened, we were immediately told by poll workers that none of the five cards voters use to vote electronically were functional. In fact, I'm fairly certain that the majority of the cards came up as dead on arrival. If you're unfamiliar with how the process works here, when voters sign in, they're handed a card that looks much like a hotel key card. Then, they go to the machine, cast their ballot and bring the card back to the poll worker, who takes it and prepares it for the next voter.

Hart, a former presidential candidate, specifically warned that the attack would occur "before the November elections."
