George Bush's Forgotten Rape Case Settled By Plaintiff's Suicide (or Murder?)
Though the story got little attention, a lawsuit was filed in Texas against President Bush in 2000 by a woman who claimed she was raped by W. Was it just politics or a liberal conspiracy against the galant son of an ex-President? Hard to say. Dead women tell no tales.

Fox hunting activists disrupt debate on ban
Police clash with pro-hunting protesters Police clash with protesters Wednesday as the House of Commons debated a bill to ban fox hunting. About 10,000 people showed up to protest outside Parliament. The Labor government supported the bill, saying that fox hunting is inhumane and breaches European standards for the treatment of animals.
Ushers chase protesters wearing white T-shirts in the House of Commons, disrupting Wednesday's debate on the bill. The security breach came only two days after a man dressed as Batman accessed a balcony of Buckingham Palace.

Lesser Evilism: We Are Living in the Logical Conclusion
So the question is, after 150 years of trying, has it been impossible to build a mass party of the people to the left of the corporate Democrats?

. . .

Taking this stand shows the world that there are millions of people in the United States who refuse to vote for either of the pro-war candidates. All by itself, that fact is worth voting for Nader. But probably even more important is the lesson that ordinary people are learning across the country as they flock to hear Nader and Camejo in their tens of thousands. That lesson? Fredrick Douglass was right.

Oil and the crisis in Sudan

Currently in Sudan 2000 people are dying each day from malnutrition and disease, 55,000 have been killed in the violence and about 1.45 million have been displaced. The systematic murder, rape and torture perpetrated by government backed Arab militias against African farmers in Sudan's western province of Darfur has been occurring for 20 months. While these conflicts have long historical backgrounds, the current fighting has been fuelled by government divide and rule tactics using ethnic tension to gain control of newly opened oil fields in the countrie's south. Military operations have been carried out against civillians by the Kartoum government with oil company assistance in attempts to drive them from areas needed for the oil fields.

We make our own Hell and even Fox news is saying WAR IS HELL
Mike McNaughton When even Fox news is comparing the WAR to Vietnam, talking about the unpreparedness of both the military service and the VA to cope with the mental health problems being experienced by the returning soldiers and their families...... When they start saying that the count of wounded, at 7,245, many resulted in multiple amputations and head injuries, previously reported elsewhere as the result of the body armor that keeps them alive by protecting the torso but not exposed body parts.... Bush and his four horsemen have truley brought hell on earth, but they and most of the press are spinning it like a professional sports game and quote, bring it on, we are winning the war on terror, unquote. The sad thing is, most of middle-america is eating it up, sitting in front of their TVs, cheering the team's coach on, while they watch snippets of the evening news during commercial breaks from sports games.............
I don't watch sports, I am an athlete and race bicycles.........
I don't watch TV.......
I only found this Fox News article while searching for something else online, as I never before have used them as a source........

A large number of bodies have been discovered & have been removed from the sites where they were found & relocated in places only known to our active personnel. These bodies have been relocated for the sole purpose of uncovering the mass deception & lies that the U.S. administration & the British government have carried out since the beginning of this conflict. These bodies will be handed over to the Red Cross at the suitable time in order to be returned to their families for proper burial. The above statement is being released by the Iraqi Islamic Army, one of the active factions that are resisting the occupying forces led by the United States & Britain.
