Why We Need Martial Law: Criminal Government Is Destroying America [ Kaminski commentary]
article by the author of this short 50 page book on 9-11 though I disagree, and am torn, I seriously see NOTHING except this at present as an alteratuve to removing the criminal fascist empire he so well describes. I want ANOTHER option. This he argues is one option. I post this because it is a trenchant argument for those who have considered and weighed the issues... it reads almost like Jefferson's annotated rationales for the separation of the British colonies from Britain in the declarion of Independence...it is a catalogue of unaddressed crimes. Only this is preface for a declaration of corporate independence...

"The American government is criminal enterprise, and American law enforcement is complicit in the crime. The only way to stop the continuing crime spree is by a military takeover and a declaration of martial law. Hundreds of cops, attorneys and judges need to be in jail. We need a new government, one that sees to the needs of people, not to the needs of bankers and corporations." [The only issue with that is that these groups are in the military hierarchies as well! Only lower levels are mostly immune.]

"I know, the prospect of a military takeover is scary. But consider the choice: do you want men in control who are sworn to defend the Constitution, as is the military, or those who are sworn to make money for the super-rich, as are both Bush and Kerry and practically anybody else who runs for office. Consider what will happen is this DOESN'T happen...."

Kucinich progressive values being widely embraced
Recognizing Campaign achievements

The Dennis Kucinich presidential campaign has changed the American political landscape. Even though the Democratic Party appears headed to selecting its presumptive nominee, Dennis Kucinich, with the help of dedicated and determined supporters, has kept the debate on the issues alive long after others bowed out. And if you look closely at platform resolutions adopted at state conventions currently underway across the country, the progressive values of the Kucinich campaign are loudly and clearly being embraced and advanced by Democrats around the nation. The resolutions are essentially endorsements by the state Democratic parties of specific ideas and policies. With the primary season coming to an end, let's take a moment to acknowledge the hard work of our grassroots in getting these resolutions passed.
