'Anyone out there holding - as I gather Prime Minister Blair has recently said - the prospect that ISG is going to unmask actual weapons of mass destruction is really delusional,' said David Kay, who led the Iraq Survey Group after the invasion.

'It is amazing that occasionally they slip back into talking about it. The problem is the unwillingness to take the responsibility of saying a few simple words: "We were wrong".

Waste would be reclassified to avoid moving
The Sludge in Question The Energy Department argues that the residual sludge should be considered low-level waste and should not have to be removed. Instead, the department wants to cover the sludge with cement-like grout, saying that would be protective for hundreds of years. Last year a federal judge, acting on a lawsuit by environmentalists, ruled that such an approach violates the 1982 Nuclear Waste Policy Act. To get around the ruling, the department wants to get the law changed.

Losing Our Commons In the Portland Area
Another day, another Urban Growth Boundary expansion. What's the point of having boundaries if they're always going to be expanded? We keep protesting public lands forest destruction while forest and farm land destruction continues unabated right here in our Columbia-Willamette Watershed. When will it end? When will the so-called environmental elected officials stop giving all away to developers and big business?

Is There a Bottomless Pit of Federal Money Somewhere That We Don't Know About?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but why should we even bother to collect State sales taxes if the House is going to vote to allow people to write it all off at the end of the year? And doesn't even more bailout money in corporate tax relief mean less money for struggling public services? How on earth does the House think we are going to be able to do this and maintain crucial services, fund a "war", or shore up the increasingly demanding Office of Homeland Security?

MAFIA-connected REAGAN into SNUFF FILMS, BEASTIALITY PORN, JELLY BEANS
Reagan had CIA program MKULTRA slaves to different jelly bean colors ... "When you meet the Chief, imagine him with his pants down. He's most comfortable knowing you are imaging him with his pants down." --- Reagan admittedly had seen the How to Divide and Personality and How to Create a Sex Slave videos made in Huntsville, Alabama... .very pleased with me as if I had participated in them willingly. Within the first few minutes of meeting Reagan, he was giving me acting tips to utilize in government operations and pornography!! --- he did not perceive mind control as slavery, but as "an opportunity for those who otherwise would have nothing in life." --- Many commercial and instructional (private) pornography films I and others participated in, referred to as "Uncle Ronnie's Bedtime Stories," Reagan's Chief Pornographer Michael Dante, AKA Michael Viti... --- ... not certain who instigated the plastic surgery to which I was forcibly subjected, but soon after meeting Reagan and Dante I was scheduled for breast implants in the first commercial porn film Reagan had directed Dante to produce... --- Cheney and Reagan were drinking cognac, this time to excess for so early in the day. Reagan's cheeks were flushed and his voice slurred as he greeted me, "Well, hello, Kitten. Dick and I were just discussing the plight of the Contras... ' --- Reagan was gesturing into the air, apparently lost in the poetry of his own ranting. --- Reagan switched my personality to where I no longer regarded him as "Chief,' but instead as "Uncle Ronnie." He did this by reaching into his Jelly Belly jar and giving me one... colors and flavors triggered programmed responses. --- Reagan looked his role amongst his mobster friends,... --- "Well, Kitten," Reagan said to me, "this is your death sentence: You'll go out in a blaze of glory." I was not surprised to receive confirmation of my imminent death by Reagan... .heard about snuff film death by fire from seemingly everyone involved in establishing "free trade," through Mexico, of our children for drugs.

Iraqis Paying 5 Cents a Gallon for Gas
Iraq can't refine much gasoline, so the U.S. pays $1.50 and trucks it in Although Iraq is a major petroleum producer, the country has little capacity to refine its own gasoline. So the U.S. government pays about $1.50 a gallon to buy fuel in neighboring countries and deliver it to Iraqi stations. A three-month supply costs American taxpayers more than $500 million, not including the cost of military escorts to fend off attacks by Iraqi insurgents.
