NFL Drone Overflights - Wins, Victories and Losses
Over the weekend I ventured down to Alameda County at the Oakland Coliseum and Levi Stadium in Santa Clara, California for a disorganized protest of our country's national security infrastructure's illicit infiltration into the Media and Political Arenas.

SACRAMENTO,California-On Nov. 26, 2017 Tracy Mapes traveled from Sacramento, Ca to the City of Santa Clara to deliver a message that the mainstream media refuses to report on, by using a consumer based drone to drop informational leaflets over two NFL Games with the intent to spark the discussion about U.S. Media integrity.
This is a story that the media will not disclose, because it basically entails the takeover of the U.S. Government by powerful private interests and the United State National Security Infrastructure.
In other words, since the time of the assassination of JFK, this country has lived under a system of undeclared martial law, in which Executive Presidential Orders have been implemented for the gradual takeover of Media and Local Politics.
My discovery of this situation came from the massive numbers of Sacramento area Prostitutes that began showing up in the Media, Entertainment communities and Politics as Anchors, Reporters, Actors, and Political Officials.
And while these Prostitutes may serve well in their positions as news readers, it also points towards criminally organized takeover of key media positions, and position of public information sources including Politicians.
Beyond their willingness to sell their flash for a price, so too has the integrity of the Press been sold out. This infiltration is systemic in stature, and the only answer is to dutifully inform the public by any means necessary.
And that is the reasoning behind the drone flights and leaflet drops.
A homeless man's plea for fellow American Citizens to demand answers for these egregious acts being perpetrated against the American Public.
Reports on most news venues are simplistically accurate, except for the Why? of the action.
Media errors include: Santa Clara PD PIO declaring that, "he does not know, but I understand he (Tracy Mapes) has a criminal past" of which I suggested be corrected as I was sitting right next to the TV News Crew that was interviewing the PIO during their incident inquiry about the drone overflight of the Levi Stadium.
Also in error: That information about my identity and vehicle description were obtained by sophisticated security cameras onsite of the Levi Stadium. In fact, no one saw the take off or landing zone in Santa Clara, as it was 1/2 a mile away from the Stadium. The information was obtained because in the interest of transparency, my name was included in the leaflets dropped on the Stadium. Detection was then instituted by a smart phone internet search in which my previous leaflet drops had been recorded. Santa Clara PD then issued a "BOLO" event, or "All Points Bulletin" on my person, and also informed the Oakland Coliseum of the incident.
Also in error: Mapes was apprehended driving away from the Oakland Coliseum. (False). Actually, Alameda Sheriff's Dept. motorcycle units covering game security followed the drone to a side street location in an industrial area about 1/4 from the Stadium. The aircraft was being landed at the time of first contact.
There I was questioned by Alameda S.O. and an un-named FBI Official from the Raider's Game event.
Seized without proper Property Disclosure were a DJI Mavic drone with drop system, a flight helmet with I-pad 2 mini and Go Pro Session Cameras.
Additionally approximately 6500-7000 leaflets in a box in the trunk of the vehicle were confiscated, and 1 Uniden Police Scanner programmed for the Sacramento Safety Communication System was seized during the arrest process.
While waiting at the scene for about 45 min. to 1 hr. for Santa Clara PD to transport me to Santa Clara for questioning, where I was threatened with a felony, and then cited out for a misdemeanor offense of the Santa Clara City ordinance of flying a drone within 500 yards of the Levi Stadium complex by 8:00 pm with no car, no money, and no place to go.
Alameda S.O. - Impounded the car, so it was 30 miles away, and had my cellphone in it. So with no phone, and no money I wandered the streets of Santa Clara, Milpetas and back to Santa Clara PD the next morning. I had spent all of my money on this last action, knowing that when I returned to Sacramento, I would be flat broke. I had not intended upon the arrest.
I'm still trying to find out the demise of my drone equipment, as Alameda S.O. deferred to Santa Clara PD, and Santa Clara PD claims to not be able to find my arrest in the database.
