The Joint Base Lewis-McChord Force Protection Division, A Nest of Serpents in our Midst.

The Joint Base Lewis-McChord Force Protection Division, a nest of serpents, poses an insidious threat to your civil rights and personal freedoms. We need your help in putting an end to their criminal activity. Take a few minutes to make your voice heard on Joint Base Lewis-McChord and help stop the illegal monitoring of our political activities.
In a time when many of us are concerned with government interference in our private lives, and afraid that national policy may limit our civil rights and freedoms; there is an insidious threat, a nest of serpents in our midst, that we must not overlook. That nest of serpents is the Joint Base Lewis-McChord Force Protection Division and its ongoing monitoring of the private lives of American citizens - people who are in no way associated with the military or Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Tacoma, Washington.

This nest of serpents is run by Thomas Rudd, Protection Division Chief, DES, 253-966-6914, 253-307-0185 (cell),  thomas.r.rudd.civ@mail.mil, and his deputy Daniel Vessels, JBLM AT Officer and Deputy Protection Div Chief Office 253-966-7319, Blackberry 253-320-0271,  daniel.l.vessels.civ@mail.mil.

The Joint Base Lewis-McChord Force Protection Division publishes and official daily newsletter under the authority of the Base Commander

In that daily newsletter, they associate peaceful social protests and public demonstrations with terrorism, and label anyone who opposes government policy as a domestic terrorist or home grown violent extremist.

We see this daily newsletter almost as soon as it is published because soldiers at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, concerned with the illegal activities of the Force Protection Division, forward copies to our attorneys or directly to us, often expressing their outrage at the ongoing illegal activities on the base. Copies of their complete e-mail distribution is published online. This list shows the hundreds of names the Joint Base Lewis-McChord Force Protection Division is sending illegally collected information about American citizens to. Anyone who receives this illegally collected information may be subject to being named in future lawsuits for participating as a conspirator in this criminal activity.

We need your help to finally put an end to the illegal monitoring of American citizens by the Joint Base Lewis-McChord Force Protection Division, and to stop their ongoing criminal activity. Contact Joint Base Lewis-McChord through their public comment links (below) and demand that the Joint Base Lewis-McChord Force Protection Division stop its illegal activity and that Thomas Rudd and Daniel Vessels be held responsible for their crimes.

Request a reply from Joint Base Lewis-McChord. They are supposed to reply to you if you request a response through these links. Send a copy of your comment and their reply to our lawsuit's Lead Attorney: Larry Hildes 360-599-4339 /  LHildes@earthlink.net. More importantly however, if you receive no reply from Joint Base Lewis-McChord make note of this and pass that information to Attorney Hildes as well. Their failure to reply and address our concerns of illegal activity by Thomas Rudd and Daniel Vessels shows a vast conspiracy on the part of Joint Base Lewis-McChord to violate the civil rights of the American people.
