Haha, funny. If these were really distributed, this has the feel of what the feds did in the sixties to cause mistrust and suspicion in social justice movements. OF COURSE cops don't want you to film their acts of excessive force. OF COURSE cops don't want you film them in plain clothes, urging you to instigate violence and then pulling out their cuffs to arrest your ass.

The Camera is the Weapon of the Oppressed

If you don't want to be "seen" IN PUBLIC (at a protest) then hide your identity ie: cover up.
Camera users don't take pictures of faces during illegal actions (big or small).
Film the Police but don't help by filming "for" the police.
