Lee, Hong, Degerman, Kang & Waimey:* the New Law Firm of Global Rapists: Salvation Army

Petition the government
Please forward widely: Petition to the Department of Justice, FBI and CIA:

Please investigate:

Lee, Hong, Degerman, Kang & Waimey:* the New Law Firm of Global Child Rspists
.. established in 1991.

Within the last two weeks they became the new law firm to represent a different defend the International Child Rapists and Pedophiles within the Salvation Army and/or The Salvation Army Bell Shelter in the GlobalRapeCase.

For more info about these worldwide rapes of children by The Salvation Army visit  http://Tinyurl.com/worldwideabuse

Gordon and Rees law firm severed ties with The Salvation Army (as well as their lawyer Douglas Patrick Smith who should also be investigated) officially on September 6, 2016 shortly after the FBI, the State Bar and the CIA were contacted about the illegal methods The Salvation Army and/or Douglas Smith are using to try to get the GlobalRapeCase

Douglas Patrick Smith paid at least $10,000 to Alvin J Smith who was the process server on the original court complaint which is alleged to have been a bribe to stop the proof of service from being delivered.

The payment worked and the proof of service was not delivered which almost caused the case to be dismissed while plaintiff was recovering after being hospitalized.

Background about the plaintiff:

I was not able to posr this sooner because Salvation Army Bell Shelter staff sexually victimized me, beat me and put me in the Trauma Operation Unit of the hospital for three days.

"I am a human being who has been irreversibly hurt, my life was put on hold [since the night of April 18, 2016, over four months] waiting to figure out if I was worth something."

"My independence, natural joy, gentleness, and steady lifestyle I had been enjoying became distorted beyond recognition. I became closed off... , self deprecating, tired, irritable, empty. The isolation at times was unbearable. You cannot give me back the life I had before that night either. While [you, the defendant] worry about your shattered reputation, I [still must routinely take and did take intravenous medication for hours at the hospital] so when I woke up, and my eyes were [blurry and in pain from the torture your staff did to me.. the medication helped temporarily in only one eye ] so that I could see."

The above words that are in quotes (not in brackets) are by Emily Doe but the words in brackets are plaintiff's words and make it so that her situation is exactly like plaintiff's situation... and so all those words apply directly and exactly to Plaintiff's situation and crisis.

Her entire letter is found here.  https://www.buzzfeed.com/katiejmbaker/heres-the-powerful-letter-the-stanford-victim-read-to-her-ra?utm_term=.yn91eG99Qg#.dtdpM7mmoz

She was sexually victimized just like plaintiff was.

There was also some administrative court interference that plaintiff had to report.

Homeless Veteran Reintegration Program (HVRP) and Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) should investigate these criminals.

The settlement requests in the Global Rape Case have remained the same since the start:

Several of the settlement requests:

A. Ireland created The Historical Institutional Abuse (HIA) Inquiry which is an inquiry into institutional abuse in Northern Ireland between 1922 and 1995. It is currently underway. The official website is: www.hiainquiry.org/]

There is also the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse

Case Study 33, The Salvation Army (Southern Territory), October 2015, Adelaide. The public hearing inquired into the experiences of former child residents at institutions operated by The Salvation Army (Southern Territory) between 1940 and 1990
(2) Name of court: The Royal Commission held a public hearing in Adelaide from Tuesday 6 October 2015 to Wednesday 14 October 2015. The hearing was held at the Roma Mitchell Commonwealth Law Court, 3 Angas Street, Adelaide. Transcripts, witness list and exhibits  link to www.childabuseroyalcommission.gov.au it is fitting as part of the action that Salvation Army sponsor the creation of an independent party to create a United States Commission into Institutional Responses to Child and Adult Sexual Abuse within Salvation Army Staff between 1940 and 2016. This would cover everything from pedophile crimes to illegal evictions: Everything from adult voyeuristic criminals within Salvation Army staff who abuse the increasing numbers of cameras in Salvation Army to illegally evicted pregnant women who were evicted based on bias against their pregnancy.

Why is that so important? Read the below article found on the below link:

B. United States Salvation Army senior officials should make a statement in support of National redress for the victims of Salvation Army Staff sexual abuse over 30 years in Australia.

C. . All evictions need to be legal.

D. Stop illegal property seizures.

E. ADA access to one shared printed copy of the full policies of federal programs within the Salvation Army Bell Shelter such as Homeless Veteran Reintegration Program (HVRP) and Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF).

F. Whistle-blower protection policy for residents.

G. If toilets are broken for one month or more residents should be entitled to a portion of their program fees refunded.

We ask everyone to participate in the www.WhiteShieldAppeal.org which is a boycott boycott of The Salvation Army and The Salvation Army Bell Shelter as well as their annual Red Kettle Fundraiser Drive.

Thank you.

In the United States the right to petition is guaranteed by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, which specifically prohibits Congress from abridging "the right of the people... to petition the Government for a redress of grievances".

Although often overlooked in favor of other more famous freedoms, and sometimes taken for granted,[1] many other civil liberties are enforceable against the government only by exercising this basic right.[2]
