TROLLING IN LINUX AND OTHER FORUMS

Hello,

I've been a long term user of Linux OSs and have been a regular contributor to the relevent forums. I hate the forums, ALL OF THEM! They are extremely authoritarian. The mods are obviuosly more interested in whipping me into submission than helping me with my technical issues. Also, I constantly get trolled. God forbid I should suggest something like coding my own search engine, all the thread assassins will start attacking me. I was very surpized to learn that forums actually have death-squads to stifle any discussion they wish to supress. Usually these discussions have a user privacy component. Could it be that the FBI recruits people to join these forums to sabotage useful discussion? I wonder how the late senator "Frank Church" would answer that question?

The experience of the forums in general is also extremely unpleasant. I must get corrected about not providing some minor detail in my posts several times before I actually encounter someone who actually wants to help, rather than criticise me. There are far too many bosses and people who want to be bosses in the forums; and the real bosses are crazy! Call this a crazy conspiracy theory; but prior to the Linux revolution there was a very active Windows hacking community; and this community was very libertarian. There was Phrozen Crew, United Cracking force; and then finally Fracisco Vianello "Fravia" appears to have been assassinated with throat cancer. The foregoing was actually suggested by someone in the intelligence community; if you can call a community of spies a community. I prefer not to! I would actually prefer to call them gaggers and twitchers. Outrageous visual metaphor intended. Then suddenly the movement seemed to dissapear or rather was probably destroyed. Then along came the Linux monement, especially Ubuntu, whom Fravia himself supported after being introduced to it by RMS; and then, all of a sudden, everyone who wanted privacy and the ability to edit software themselves moved or were 'moved' to Linux; and then finally the last sparks of independence were crushed out of them. Try even finding a user friendly TOR controller now; it's almost impossible. There is NO free speech in the forums, these are heavily censored. IT SEEMS TO ME THAT FREE SOFTWARE WAS USED AS A BATTERING RAM TO FORCE AUTHORITARIANISM DOWN EVERYONES THROATS AND KILL THE FREE SOFTWARE MOVEMENT AND THE HACKING COMMUNITY. Apparently, 'John Edgar Hoover' has been dug up and re-animated.

The above seems like a rant; but it really isn't. I've thought this through many times and I haven't been able to come to any other conclusions. That being said, are there any real forums for constructive technical discussion and free speech that aren't being 'disrupted' by seeming FBI sponsored trolls? I will gladly go to the dark web for this.

Any useful referrals or recommendations appreciated

I have lots to say, but it's late. Will be back tomorrow.

"Professionals are jealous of their knowledge - we worked very hard to acquire it, and nothing annoys us more than non-professionals who think they've gleaned enough knowledge to no longer need us."

There's tons of artificial expertise, which is NOT essential expertise.

Some things to look into:

Refracta Linux

Haiku OS

TrueOS:

Nim Language:

Yeah Stack Overflow has succumbed to moderator-trolls. We do need to do something about that.
