Copwatching in the South Park Blocks on 8.9.16
No arrests... nor was anybody harmed in this video.
The police did hand the person some kind of paperwork.
Around 5:45 PM on 8.9.16 ... I was walking by the South Park Blocks on 9th and Main Street ...also known as Shemanski Park, located in southwest part of downtown Portland Oregon.

I seen a bike cop motion to a uniformed cop to follow into the park blocks to a group of people.
I turned my camera on and sat down to film, across from the person they was talking with and behind from where the uniform cop stood.

As I was filming a person from that group asked me not to film the people sitting off to my left. I assured him nobody on the left side (bench area) would be in the video. He wanted me to "move to film from a different angle" but I didn't want to move and I was able to assure him that "their privacy" would be respected.

About one minute into the film I see 3 other people approach and start to film the police.

The (only) person, that the police were talking with recieved (was given) some kind of paperwork from the police. (?)

No arrests... nor was anybody harmed in this video.
