Bernie Sanders has actually ENDORSED Hillary Clinton!

This is earthshaking (!) yet no one has payed attention at all yet. Bernie Sanders has actually ENDORSED Hillary Clinton! It's ever so slightly subtle, yet irrefutable!

This morning (June 19, 2016) at 6 a.m. E.T. I did send contact mail to Paul Craig Roberts, Jeff Rense, and Zero Hedge. It's now 10 p.m., and Crickets! Nothing! He has evasively, yet quite conclusively ENDORSED her! Will someone please notice? My morning letter:
~~~ Begin letter ~~~
Sanders has now (evasively but conclusively) thrown his support to Hillary!
He did it on Thursday, June 16, '16. Here is a transcript:
It IS an endorsement!
WHY would this be 'News' or of note? 19.Jun.2016 20:22
_
Sanders ran in 2016 for the Democrat party.
it stands to reason that he would endorse (whether today, or later at the party's convention itself) the presumptive primary-dominant candidate.
not to mention, anyone with half a brain knew that was what he would end up doing (if as has in fact turned out to be the case he didn't decisively defeat his opponent throughout the party's primaries).
Must Be Loyal To The PARTY. Certainly NOT To ANYTHING Else 19.Jun.2016 22:15
I do suppose Bernie Sanders must bow to the righteous, too sacred for words HOLY DEMOCRATIC PARTY far above and beyond all the petty, mundane so-called "principles" that Clinton has trampled upon, as shown vividly below:
Try reading the transcript again.
It is obvious the "talks" did NOT go well, with Hillary not being willing to agree on enough of the Bernie issues. At this point all Bernie is saying is that he will be working against Trump. While that would clearly be to Hillary's advantage that is very much short of endorsement. He's saying his supporters should make up their won minds.
It is of course possible that negotiating it still going on (at what price on platform issues would Bernie be willing to endorse and tell his supporters to support Hillary).
He has been competing for the Democratic Party's ballot line. That is NOT quite the same thing as "running as a Democrat", well not if you consider Hillary a Democrat. Look at what has been going on on the other side with Trump apparently getting the Republican Party ballot line. The other Republicans, both the social conservatives and the traditional pro big business fiscal conservative types aren't so sure he is a Republican.
But back to Bernie. I am sure he got into this in the first place just to try to get enough support to affect the platform debate, never expecting enough support to wage a full scale fight to the soul of the party. Those of you who favor an IMMEDIATE attempt to develop another party haven't studied the history of our political parties, how they do change over (long) time and how you FIRST have to check out if one (or possibly botht)of the parties could/would adjust over the issues you want to use to build that third party. In other words, if we are going to successfully build a third party to the left of the Democrats what Bernie just did is key. It is the RESISTANCE (of the Democratic Party) to moving in the direction of Bernie's issues that indicates might be a go.
Uh, Yes. 20.Jun.2016 22:01
Okay. Is says:
{Quote} Bernie Sanders said Thursday night that his major political task for the next five months is to "make sure that Donald Trump is defeated and defeated badly". {Unquote} -- The above transcript: Bernie Sanders Makes Concession-Like Speech Without Actually Conceding
So how can Bernie "make sure that Donald Trump is defeated and defeated badly"?
(+1) He can win the primary somehow; maybe if Hillary gets arrested and drops out. But that doesn't seem likely, and as of now his "major political task" is no longer working to win the primarily nor to win the general election.
(+2) He can bring about the demise of Hillary, but this seems rather implausible.
(+3) He can endorse Hillary; after all he is not working to win himself now, so what else is there.
(+?) Worried about how Bernie can improve the platform? Really? Platforms are like pie crusts; they are made to be broken. They are simply "hope you can believe in" (if you are a sucker). So let's not get all worked up about Bernie "influencing the platform."
Too bad we don't have simple score voting. Then we could give between 5 and 10 votes to each of up to, say, six candidates. No votes at all for Hillary the war monger. 8 votes for Bernie (since he is less bad than Hillary). 10 write-in votes for Dennis Kucinich, and Cynthia McKinney.
I Don't want to hear about [Dr. Kenneth] Arrow's (fake) [voting impossibility] theorem.
{Quote} "There Is No Nobel Prize in Economics
It's awarded by Sweden's central bank, foisted among the five real prizewinners, often to economists for the 1% -- and the surviving Nobel family is strongly against it.
"One of the Federal Reserve banks explained it succinctly, "Few realize, especially outside of economists, that the prize in economics is not an "official" Nobel. . . ." {Unquote} --
{Quote} "The explanation is simple. [Dr. Kenneth] Arrow [won "Nobel Prize for Economics], when he made his [voting impossibility] theorem, made a definition of what a "voting system" was. His theorem only applies to voting systems that obey his definition. The trouble is that (in my opinion) Arrow made a silly definition. One reason it is silly is that, according to Arrow's definition, range [score] voting is "not" a voting system at all. It sure looks and feels like a voting system. It inputs votes and it elects a winner. But according to Arrow's definition, it isn't a voting system". {Unquote} --
Simple score is easy to use, work great, and is simple enough to use with out election machines.
Don't want to hear about "Voting you conscience." The silly notion of voting you conscience" has no legitimate meaning when it comes to politics. It's like keeping a pet goldfish in the desert.
So how can Bernie "make sure that Donald Trump is defeated and defeated badly"?
Well ONE way would have been for him to ENDORSE Hillary and ask his people to support her. Something has clearly has NOT done.
You somehow have it in your head that not opposing a candidate implies that you endorse that candidate. Or even that if you end up voting for some candidate as "the lesser evil" you are supporting that candidate.
Are you asking us if we know HOW Bernie will be opposing Trump? Well it is too early to know that for sure since probably negotiations are still going on. I doubt the "moderate" Hillary will concede on enough points because the polls show her with a slight lead over Trump but you never know. In which case Bernie will probably speak against Trump ON THE ISSUES. And by that I mean HIS issues looking forward. He will campaign FOR a select number of House and Senate candidates (not simply because Democrats, but only if "thew right sort" (ie: left) Democrats).
Now if you mean that working to defeat Trump obviously would work to Hillary's benefit is equivalent to ENDORSING Hillary then what we have here is a problem of language << you are using "endorse" to mean something different than I do (and perhaps almost all other people)>> The enemy of my enemy is not necessarily my frend, though that action might be of benefit to me.
Very simple logic:
{1} If Hillary Clinton clinches the Democratic nomination, then the only possible way Bernie Sanders can "make sure that Donald Trump is defeated and defeated badly" will be by endorsing Hillary Clinton.
{2} Therefor: He is saying he will endorse her when she wins the nomination. But for the present he is pretending not to, in order to avoid upsetting his followers too soon. This is, of course, sheep dog logic.
