Recorded in 1966, from the 1968 album Cosmic Music. With Alice Coltrane (p), Pharoah Sanders (ts, v), Jimmy Garrison (b), and Rashied Ali (d). Coltrane plays tenor saxophone on the opening theme and bass clarinet in his solo, and chants (with Sanders) the Buddhist mantra, "aum-mani-padme-aum."
