What about a concealed weapon permit. There are many Oregonians whom carry guns. The PoPo have not learned their lesson. They need to stop gunning down fellow citizens who struggle with mental health issues. The police should be clear on this message. After the James Chasse murder the Government investigation only an idiot would not read the writing on the wall. Wake up PoPo. Otherwise we will elect a Mayor to clean house.
