Are You a Victim of the Joint Base Lewis-McChord Protection Divisionís Criminal Activity?

Military antiterrorism officers at JBLM, WA are illegally gathering information about American citizens and entering that information into secret terrorism databases. They are tracking you on social media, reading your email and monitoring your phone calls. And, though we continue to report on these crimes, nothing has been done to stop them.
If you have read our previous articles you know that the Joint Base Lewis-McChord Protection Division has been involved in a long and on-going pattern of criminal activity. This group of criminals is involved in the illegal infiltration of political groups; illegal electronic monitoring of email, telephone conversations, and social media sites; hacking of computers of private citizens; and illegal collection of information about American citizens through their "See Something - Say Something" suspicious activity reporting program.

This is not just some overzealous government agency poking its bureaucratic nose into our private lives, but a group of criminals who are well aware that they are violating law and regulation and simply don't give a damn. The Joint Base Lewis-McChord Protection Division is led by Thomas Rudd of Lacey, WA. This is a man who has long been at the center of criminal controversy and is a key figure in the violation of the civil rights of the American people. He is named as the leader of a criminal conspiracy in the court case Panagacos vs. Towery ( link to shadowproof.com)

The questions you should now be asking yourself are these, am I a victim of the Joint Base Lewis-McChord Protection Division's spying? Are military antiterrorism officers monitoring my social media accounts, listening to my telephone calls, breaking into my computer, and reading my email? Are my political and religious beliefs being scrutinized with "suspicious activity reports" being entered into some secret military database? Unfortunately, if you live in Washington or Oregon, it is very likely that you are a victim of the Joint Base Lewis-McChord Protection Division's crimes. Through public records request we have obtained copies of their daily bulletin, and in each one of these bulletins there is a link to report "suspicious activity" directly to Daniel L. Vessels, the deputy chief of the Joint Base Lewis-McChord Protection Division (and Thomas Rudd's personal "piss boy"  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JGfXiIXTpE0). Some might argue that the base has a need to monitor what goes on inside its gates, and maybe it does, but the bulletins we obtained were provided by civilian agencies nowhere near Joint Base Lewis-McChord. Yes, you read that right, a military antiterrorism officer is soliciting reporting on American citizens in the civilian community and having those reports sent to his personal e-mail address. Of course, not to be left out of this illegal spying on American citizens, contact information for Thomas Rudd is close at hand in each of these daily bulletins as well, Joint Base Lewis-McChord ATO:  thomas.r.rudd.civ@mail.mil or 253-677-9752.

We have proof that the Joint Base Lewis-McChord Protection Division is using fake Facebook profiles to become "friends" with people they want to monitor on-line. They are using email addresses such as  portwatcher@hotmail.com to join list servers and monitor activities of local political groups (check your mailing lists for this email address). They have contracted with a computer hacker and his Russian hacker girlfriend to break in to your personal computers. And we have reports that since 2007 they have been using a device called "Stingray" to monitor the cellphone calls of people they consider a threat. In 2009, the Joint Base Lewis-McChord Protection Division began sharing Stingray data with outside agencies and entering non-suspect data, that local police departments can't retain, into military antiterrorism databases ( portwatcher@hotmail.com to join list servers and monitor activities of local political groups (check your mailing lists for this email address). What right do military antiterrorism officers have to solicit reports from and about the civilian community? What right do they have to monitor our social media and email communications? What right do they have to hire hackers to break into our computers? What right do they have to intercept our phone calls? They have absolutely no legal authority whatsoever to do these things. State and federal law, and even military regulations say that this type of activity is strictly prohibited, but the Joint Base Lewis-McChord Protection Division just doesn't give a damn. Long standing US law, the Posse Comitatus Act, prohibits this type of activity, but again the Joint Base Lewis-McChord Protection Division doesn't care. It continues its pattern of lawlessness while the Joint Base Commander and the Provost Marshall continue to ignore this blatant abuse of our civil rights and freedoms.

What can we do? We can continue to watch the activities of the Joint Base Lewis-McChord Protection Division. Collect on their "suspicious activity" and make it public. Use public records requests and web-searches to gather information about them and continue to report their illegal activity to anyone that will listen. "Evil men seek the secrecy of the darkness of night", but we can bring them into the light and hold them accountable for their criminal acts. Finally, stay legal and be cautious in your activities to expose the crimes of the Joint Base Lewis-McChord Protection Division. They will go to great effort to track you down and silence you for speaking the truth. When our government commits crimes, when the Joint Base Lewis-McChord Protection Division continues to spy on us, when they continue to collect "suspicious activity reports" and enter our private information into secret terrorism databases, and when their commanders and the installation Provost Marshall refuse to take action to stop their crimes Resistance Becomes Duty ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v1t9xBe0wPw).
