Excerpts from http://exponentialaltruism.blogspot.com/
I am an underrated marginalized visual artist creating a legacy of doing more good that harm in this lifetime! I have suffered from medical malpractice that legally categorizes me as "disabled" by the State of Oregon and the U.S. Government which either curses me in total condemnation with a stigma, or blesses me with complete reality of how completely futile it is for anyone to pretend to be able to advance in life with wage slave jobs licking an employer's unsavory orofices for money.
It is a great grand experiment of cleaning my conscious by seeing if the golden rule works "wish unto others as you would have them wish unto you" or "do unto others as you would have them do unto you" without having to be a martyr choked on someone's leash.
"And in the end
The love you take
Is equal to the love you make."
It's quite clear to me there is always going to be someone pointing fingers for some kind of suspicious ulterior motive. I MAKE NO DELUSIONS THESE LINKS/PEOPLE/ORGANIZATIONS on http://exponentialaltruism.blogspot.com ARE PERFECT!
and have found a lot of dirt on them myself, but have posted their positive fronts because they seem to me to do more good than harm. If you find some dirt on any of these organizations go ahead and please DROP A COMMENT!!! AND SHARE YOUR CONCERNS!!
Wavy Gravy summarizes the "deep truth" he learned from that experience this way:
THE FOUNDATION OF EXPONENTIAL ALTRUISM
"I realized that when you get to the very bottom of the human soul, where the nit is slamming into the grit, and you're sinking, but you reach down to help someone that's sinking worse than you are, and everybody gets high. And you don't even need LSD to do that!"
- Wavy Gravy
Lyrics to Wavy Gravy's Basic Human Needs
Wouldn't it be neat
If the people you meet
Had shoes upon their feet
And something to eat? And wouldn't ft be fine
If all human kind
(Here comes the chorus, sing it with me, it goes:)
Basic human needs
Basic human deeds
Doing what comes naturally
Down in the garden
Where no one is apart
Deep down in the garden
The garden of your heart.
And wouldn 't it be grand
If we all lend a hand
So each one could stand
On a free piece of land?
And wouldn't it be thrilling
If folks stopped their killing
And started in tilling
