MOMS: A Mother's 40 Day Hunger Strike!

A Mother's 40 Day Hunger Strike! Culminating on Christmas Day!
by Cindi Fisher

Day 1of my Hunger Strike was and is dedicated to Seattle's Dominique Jamerson, age 23!
His court hearing is Tuesday, December 31, 2013. Please call today and leave a message. The contact info is below. It will take a Village Effort to Save Dominique Jamerson, age 23...Please Join Me!

Recent developments in Dominique's case, my son SIddharta Fisher's case, Hector ilias's case and other cases were key in catalyzing me to begin a Hunger Strike! It was a positive way to empower myself while channeling my outrage and also hopefully inspiring you to actively participate in being apart of the VIllage. Today's focus is on Dominique! It will take a Village Effort to Save Dominique Jamerson, age 23...Please Join Me!
A Mother's 40 Day Hunger Strike!

Today, please call
1. Seattle's Chief Pros. Attorney, Daniel Satterberg 206-296-9000 and tell him to FREE DOMINIQUE JAMERSON!
2. Washington State Senator Patty Murray 206-553-0891 and leave a message: Tell her to Free Dominique Jamerson and investigate Washington State's Competency Restoration Process

Dominiques has 3 strikes/plus that has caused him to lose his freedom.
Strike 1 He is a young African American Male
Strike 2 He was wearing a black hoodie on the streets of Seattle on January 14, 2012 when he was profiled by Seattle Police
Strike 3. He was talking to himself while walking.
Plus His public defender, Erik Spencer has, and continues, to fail him while still getting paid; his family is too poor to hire a real lawyer; and they are too poor to pay the ridiculous newly posted million dollar bail..
Continue reading to find out the most recent violation of this young man by the KIng County Prosecutor's Office and which was one of the main catalyst for my Hunger Strike.

On or about January 14, 2012. Dominique was targeted by Seattle police one evening while walking in downtown Seattle wearing a black hoodie. They alleged he looked like someone who just stabbed a man 12 times.
Pierce County lead attorney for Western State Hospital's patients, Christopher Jenning's went to the home of Dominque Jamerson in 2012 and informed his mother the DNA test of Dominique's clothes was negative; no blood, no hair, no skin of the alleged victim, but suggested it was better for Dominique's case if he were found incompetent to stand trial, because the Pros Atty might otherwise try and persuade Dominique to plea bargain.

Jenning's definition of better has resulted in not only almost 2 years of imprisonment in the state hospital but has also resulted in torture, hopelessness and despair for Dominique while lining the pockets of many. In the almost two years of Dominique's confinement, the hospital has charged almost one half million dollars for his confinement and their so-called services and also very possibly received money for drug experimentation. After being imprisoned in the state hospital for almost 2 years, Dominique believed he was finally going to be given his freedom in November, 2013, when 3 days before he was to go home, he was handcuffed and taken from his hospital room to jail to be charged with the same crime that they couldn't charge him with before because they claimed he was incompetent to stand trial.

This outrage along with several others was the catalyst for my need to amplify my voice. I witnessed yet once again, one after another, outrageous human rights violations and complete disregard for the protections of the constitution for several innocent young adults, including my son. I knew the time had come. Given the great need for community support, the nature of the abuses and retaliation; the resistance of the establishment to even acknowledge the abuse, much less stop and prevent further abuse, I knew I would need to truly amplify my voice. And I chose the hunger Strike as my amplifier with November 12, as my start date.
(too read some of the details of these abuses visit my website at MentalHealthRightsYES.org)

I set the date, prepared myself, and on November 12, 2013, I began. I started with 4 days of water; Day 5, and on, fruit and vegetable liquids; with one meal of solid food approximately every 10 days.

Christmas Day was my 40th day of liquids. This practice has helped me to channel my outrage and deepen my commitment to being their voice and
I am asking for your help to amplify the voice of those who are being silenced and abused through cruel, inhumane and degrading treatment within or under the control of the mental health systems.
I do not want to overwhelm you with too many stories that will shock and outrage you, so I am prioritizing the stories and the request for your support according to the critical upcoming court dates. However, because 4 are very close together, I want to let you know that it is my intention to send you an alert a day on the next 4 business days. Please let me know if you do not want to receive them.
PLEASE CALL TODAY 1.) Seattle's Chief Pros. Attorney, Daniel Satterberg 206-296-9000 and tell him to FREE DOMINIQUE JAMERSON!Today

2. Call Washington State Senator Patty Murray 206-553-0891and leave a message: Tell her to Free Dominique Jamerson and investigate Washington State's Competency Restoration Process

Please remember that your 5 minute phone call could be the 100th call that just might awaken or pressure a person in authority to remember their humanity and do the right thing.

Day 2 is dedicated to my son Siddharta Fisher. Updates on Western State Hospital retaliation will follow next week. This is the second time in less than 60 days that he has been "disappeared" (completely and deliberately cutoff and his location unknown, from all of his friends, family and allies, for over 7 days.)

Day 3 is dedicated to Hector Ilias His story is on my website and he too will soon need Village support. Hector has lived in America with his family since age 2. He is threatened with deportation for crimes he did not commit in the mental hospital. The truth will set him free. He needs a jury trial.

DAy 4 is dedicated to J.Vaughan Her state captors agents told me and I quote "J___is owned by the state." Her story is still ongoing also and on my website.

If you want to know the past human rights violations and egregious forfeiture of constitutional rights of these 4 young adults; Dominique Jamerson, Siddharta Fisher, Jennifer Vaughan, Hector Ilias.

Dear Friends and Allies, They Have Disappeared My Son!
He has been completely cut off from all family and family friends.
We do not know where he is or how he is being treated!
We are VERY concerned about his wellbeing!
On Christmas Day I completed a liquid 40 Day Hunger Strike to
Channel my Outrage and Amplify my Voice.

Call U.S. Sen. Patty Murray Today through Martin Luther King Day Jan 20, 2014
Please call U.S. Sen. Murray's Office 206-553-5545 or 1-866-481-9186 and tell her :
1) Please Stop the abuse of Siddharta Fisher and his Mother, Cynthia Fisher, and
reunite mother and son.
2) Return Siddharta to Vancouver, WA to support his reintegration into his home
community as is mandated by the Olmstead Act.
3)) Investigate Western State Hospital's violation of isolating and abusing
patients by not allowing patients to have access to a telephone for private and
confidential phone calls.

I have just completed the hardest part of a 40 Day Hunger Strike and now I will
continue with a 1 day a week, water only, Hunger strike. I had reached a point where
I felt compelled to do something to channel my outrage and amplify my voice, not
only because of the disappearance of my son, but for others I advocate for as well.
Many of you have expressed concern not only about my son, Siddharta's safety, but
also about my health, and I want you all to know, I am well. I lost 30 pounds, but
did not lose any muscle mass. (Initially I ate 1 solid meal about once every 10
days, and drank liquids or water fast the other days...Christmas Day was my 40th and
last day without solid food on that regimen, now I only strike 1 day a week on
My Outrage --- is fed by my fear for my son's safety and by so many unbelievable
injustices that I have recently experienced with other people I have been advocating
for and with.
Below are short descriptions of a few. You can read MORE DETAILS about these
stories and How You Can Help these young adults on my website
( link to MentalHealthRightsYES.us6.list-manage.com)
My son's story is just below theirs.

Seattle's young Dominique Jamerson, 23, confined and heavily drugged without a real
trial since January 14, 2012, and who the DNA test of his clothes proves innocence;

North Carolina's Jennifer Vaughan, 30, who was kidnapped from her home by the
Department of Social Services and became "owned by the state";

Portland's Hector Ilias, who the state coerced into plea bargaining, after keeping
him in jail, in a mental health isolation hole for 6 months, heavily drugged and
isolated 23 hours a day, but would never show him the video they insisted proved his
But of course most of you know my deepest heartbreak comes from what they have done
and are doing to my son, Siddharta Fisher, 36. There are many stories of his
misdiagnosis and abuse on my website
 link to MentalHealthRightsYES.us6.list-manage1.com
Most recently, they have once again "disappeared" him, essentially moving him to an
adult family facility location in Kelso, WA., 60 miles from his home. His Guardian,
Tracy Zacher, is keeping his location secret, by refusing to tell any of his family
friends his telephone number or address. This practice of "disappearing" our
vulnerable loved ones, is not rare and it is brutally cruel; currently I advocate
for one mother whose son has been disappeared for over 3 years and another I have
met whose son was still disappeared after 10 years.
Siddharta is much more fragile now, for the potent drug injections they force him to
take have destroyed his pancreas and made him an insulin dependent diabetic, his
blood pressure is erratic and his thyroid has a massive growth on it; and most
devastating is that his current ability to problem solve and think critically has
greatly diminished. Many of you know he took the S.A.T. for college when he was 12
years old and scored very high.

Retaliation: A Setup to Send Him Back to the Institution or His Mother to Jail
Guardian Zacher says Siddharta can use the telephone to call and give anyone he
wants the information of his location, BUT the only one my son ever called
consistently and whose number he knows by heart, since his abuse in this system
began, is mine...and most likely his freedom has been threatened, and will end if he
calls me.

Retaliation: Western State Hospital, in Steilacoom, Washington,
Kept an Entire Floor of Vulnerable Adults Isolated, Without Access to a Private
Phone, for Almost 2 Years

This latest disappearance and a protection order that makes it a crime, for me to
try and find him, or even talk with him, is an act of retaliation by his former
social worker, David Getty, at Western State Hospital in Steilacoom, WA. I exposed
how this social worker had kept his entire floor of vulnerable adults illegally
isolated and thus more susceptibble to possible abuse, by not having a private
patient phone for confidential use on the floor for almost 2 years. This violates
state and federal laws, which were enacted as a protedctive meausres for patients
who were very vulnerable to potential abuse!

It was less than 1 week after my advocacy finally forced his floor to have the
private patient phone installed, that his vendetta to cut me off from my son began.
I have not been able to see my son since January 10, 2103. IT CULMINATED IN THE
DISTORTED AND FALSIFIED INFORMATION. His senior supervisor, Laurel Kelso,
collaborated in the retaliation.
(I personally know of 3 floors even today who do not have phones for patients
private use at the hospital)

It will Take A Village to Save My Son!
Please call U.S. Sen. Murray's Office 206-553-5545 or 1-866-481-9186 and tell her :
1)Please Stop the abuse of Siddharta Fisher and his Mother, Cynthia Fisher; reunite
mother and son.
2) Return Siddharta to his home community as is mandated by the Olmstead Act.
3)) Investigate Western State Hospital's violation of isolating and abusing
patients by not allowing patients to have access to a phone for private and
confidential phone calls. THERE IS A BETTER WAY!
Creating Empowered Communities Where Hearts Can Heal

We need an alternative beyond just rescuing our children and ourselves from the
burning buildings.
No matter what the issue you are advocating for, we can only create and sustain
healing empowered communities when the real power to govern our communities is
returned into the "heart and hand of the people in the community!"
Cindi believes the Community Rights Movement does just that.
You can study about the Community Rights Movement with others across the country
beginning January 21, 2014 through a teleconference. Read yesterday's email from the
MOMSMOVEMENT for details, or check out info on the Community Rights Movement soon to
be posted on my website MentalHealthRightsYES.org.

Damn Sad 12.Jan.2014 12:19

Damn Mad

Dear Friends and Allies,
They Have Harmed My Son!

1-7-14 (repost from e-mail)

My name is Cindi Fisher, age 63. I am a grandmother and the Mother of Siddharta Fisher, age 36. They have harmed my son, and I believe he is being tortured. There is an unjust protection order against me that you can read about on my website MentalHealthRightsYES.org.

That protection order was an act of retaliation, by Western State Hospital in Lakewood Washington, for the advocacy work that I do, and was based on falsified and distorted information.

That order has made it a crime for me to contact my son.

However, I can no longer stand by knowing what I had feared, has come true.

Approximately 2 to 3 weeks ago, all contact between my son and other family friends was severed by his guardian, without warning (he was basically disappeared).

Recent events confirm, he is in danger, he has been harmed and the abuse continues even now.

It is my intent to peacefully see and care for my son, even at the risk of going to jail.

If I do, I hope you will carry on the fight for my son!

Late night, Monday, January 6, I was told he has been hospitalized. Here are the details...

Friday, January 4, during court, his Guardian, Tracy Zacher was exposed to the court regarding her role in the disappearance of Siddharta.

After court, she called a close family friend and agreed to let her visit my son in 3 to 4 days, finally ending his over 2 week disappearance

Sunday, January 6, she called and withdrew her permission. She said my son had been hospitalized in the local locked psychiatric hospital Saturday night, January 5.

According to her, he had been removed from the home because of some unnamed violation.

She then stated no one could visit or talk to him, until after Friday, January 10,when the treatment team would decide if and who could visit him.

Zacher has the legal right to make that decision on her own.

I believe, no, I know, they have harmed him, tortured him, and now they need to cover up.

It is no accident that he supposedly, and conveniently violated his conditional release, the day after, Zacher was pressured to set a date to end his disappearance.

When he is able to talk, he will tell you they tortured him in the adult home and now in the hospital;

I am sure he is being further tortured and is in 5 point bondage and poisoned with high doses of potent, extremely painful injections of mind crippling drugs, which can be tested for in his blood stream. This is why Zacher must keep anyone from talking or visiting him.

He has been harmed and tortured because I exposed that an entire floor at Western State Hospital was abused by similarly being cut off from a phone for almost 2 years, and because of the advocacy I do for others on my website MentalHealthRightsYES.org.

Please CALL TODAY, and forward this email to everyone on your email list and help the facebook page for Cindi Fisher Vancouver WA go viral!

update 1.14.14 - Oh Happy Day Indeed! 15.Jan.2014 06:05

Ben Waiting

Dear Friends and Allies
Oh Happy Day Indeed!
I talked to my son tonight and I will go visit him tomorrow!
Please Read the following letter that I began last Friday. And I will soon send you an updated email. The courts not only dismissed the protection order, but it has been "vacated" , based on Civil Rule 60; which is legal jargon that the court was defrauded (information was falsified and distorted) and therefore the court can withdraw the initial order finding me guilty of mental abuse, for interfering with my son's medication treatment. I have not been appointed his guardian, but it looks like that is a very real possibility in the near future. And my goal, which has been and is his, is to work toward Siddharta being restored to full citizenship.

There is so much more to tell, but I am recovering and regaining my strength from the 48 hour flu.
So for the moment read this letter from last Friday, which includes a very important invitation on how we can move beyond just desperately trying to rescue our children and ourselves from burning buildings (and please forgive me because it hasn't been edited) and watch for the updates!
With the deepest of Gratitude to the God of my understanding and to each one of You who are a part of the Village that Saved my Son!
Cindi Fisher

January 10, 2014
On Monday January 13, 2014, If the court will agree with the new attorney on the case for the new guardian, my son will soon be transitioning home to Vancouver and I will be his New Guardian !

You My Dear Village,
your prayers, your support, your calls and emails saved his life!

Over 300 of you, empathized with my frustration and outrage, opened my email and flooded Patty Murray's Office; and even though I sent out several in a short period of time, there were very few unsubscribes. Thank you for the flood :) staying the course with me through the thick and thin.
I can not go into more details until after court and the final order issued on Monday, January 13, 2013 at 2:30pm, but I couldn't wait to share the good news with you!

And yet, we all know our work is far from over. Siddharta, like so many others need support in their Home Community AND it needs to be support that they have the central say in how it will look.

My next goal is to advocate strongly for making the Olmstead Act REAL in Vancouver and the State of Washington. It is critically important that Siddharta, I and the Community are not going to be Set-up for failure. Our city MUSt provide the support necessary for our loved ones to live as independently/interdependently as possible.

I have advocated personally for too many families in the State of Washington whose adult children are currently institutionalized or were in the past because there was NOT the support services they needed in their community. I am hoping I will be able to interest The Bazelon Center in joining us in a class action lawsuit, to bring our Washington State Communities into compliance with the Olmstead Law and the former presidents commitment to making it real; something that was promised over 10 years ago.

However, there is another powerful way of making the changes we want on a local level. An that is through the Community Rights Movement.
My friend and Colleague Paul is so excited about our success that he has decided to offer the workshop described below on a donation basis and you can decide anytime during the 6 weeks, what you would like to donate!
To register for the class just click here, fill out the info and I will email you the link to the teleseminar and also email you the call-in number and pin

No matter what the issue we are advocating for, we can only create and sustain healing empowered communities when the real power to govern our communities is returned into the "heart and hand of the people in the community"!

Cindi Fisher believes the Community Rights Movement does just that!
And she is excited about the potential of introducing activists and concerned citizens of all walks of life to the Community Rights Movement!

Paul Cienfuegos and Cindi Fisher are extending an invitation to concerned citizens who are seeking more lasting change in whatever area they are most passionate about, to join a 6 weeks, weekly teleconference, to learn about the Community Rights Movement.

Paul is a regional leader of the Community Rights movement, which works to dismantle corporate "rights" while enshrining local self-governance. Based in Portland, Oregon, he travels widely giving talks and workshops. David Barsamian's nationally syndicated show, 'Alternative Radio', broadcasts his speeches. He is a founder of CommunityRightsPDX.org. More info: PaulCienfuegos.com.

The framework of Community Rights has empowered over 160 very diverse communities in ten states, across the United States to regain their political power and gain more local control in their community.

GOOD NEWS UPDATE 30.Jan.2014 18:43

Dear Friends, I am Balancing Love and Outrage!
Siddharta is Closer but not home yet!

I talk to Siddharta every day, and I travel to Kelso, Washington, an hour away, to go see him often.
After 1 year and 5 days I am finally able to see, touch, and talk to my son... an answer to a mother's prayer.

And after almost 2 years of forced confinement in a very abusive Western State Hospital,in Lakewood, Washington Siddharta was finally released, to at least begin the first leg of his long dreamed of journey to freedom and home.

For this I am so grateful and thankful to God, and to the Hearts and Hands of the Village who prayed for us, made many, many calls, and wrote many emails. With the deepest of gratitude, please know you are Loved.
There is now a link on our website MentalHealthRightsYES.org to comment or tell your story as well.
Siddharta's only dream is to be truly FREE AT LAST and go home to Vancouver to recover with REAL SUPPORT! That is all he talks about each day when I call or go to see him in the locked psychiatric ward at Kelso Washington at St. John's Peace Health Hospital.

Sidd says it is like being locked in a box... and I say, as I look at the observation windows where he is under a microscope, that...
He sleeps a lot and paces in this place to try and avoid the scenario they seem determined to create... .these kind of abuses seem orchestrated to "make him aggressive and thus validate their claims that he was/is a danger to others"...

Kelso, Washington Police Report A14-48 Proves Innocence

Despite the police report that said he was innocent of the charges claimed by the adult family home staff; he was taken to Peace Health St. Johns Psychiatric Ward from Cowitz Garden Adult Family Home after less than 3 weeks of precious freedom on January 4, 2014;

This report says that there was no proof of the accusations of aggressiveness by the Cowitz Garden manager; and after the first call the officer refused to remove Siddharta from his new adult family home;

After the second call the next night, that official police report denies over and over again that there was any evidence of Siddharta being aggressive at the adult family home... Click here to see police report A14-48

So why is he locked in the isolation unit of PeaceHealth St. Johns Psychiatric ward.

Read the details below, but know, so far he is displaying amazing control against such egregious human rights violations perpetrated against him, by his guardian, by Cowitz Gardens Adult Family Home, and by the PeaceHealth St. John's Psychiatric team.

Need at least 20 emails to CEO Josiah Johnson...Will you write one Today or Tomorrow?

After reading the details below please email CEO Josiah Johnson and/or call... Washington State's Sen. Murray

Josiah Johnson is CEO of PeaceHealth Hospital in Vancouver, WA and Keslo WA.

Are there 20 of you who could commit to emailing CEO Johnson. I hope there will be more, but 20 is a very powerful number. If you do email CEO Johnson, and if you have the extra time, please drop a line to  TheMOMSMovement@gmail.com and let us know.

Feel free to write your own email request or use mine as your model...

Email: Peace Health (click on this link)  http://www.swmedicalcenter.org/contact write in the subject line
Attention: CEO Josiah Johnson / Siddharta Fisher
Also if someone is able to find the actual email address, so we don't have to go through the hospital website to email please send it to me at  TheMOMSMovement@gmail.com

Dear CEO Johnson
Please compare the Kelso Police incident report A14-48 with the evidence the Peace Health psychiatrist and lawyers used to illegally confine and imprison Siddharta Fisher at PeaceHealth St. John's Hospital in Kelso.

Are you aware that the United Nations now recognizes the treatment you are forcing on an innocent man is a form of torture and is cruel, degrading and inhumane... click here for more details  link to www.madinamerica.com

Please use your influence to correct these grave human rights injustices inflicted by Peace Health Hospital and support the unconditional release of Siddharta Fisher to his mother, Cynthia Fisher, in Vancouver, WA

Also please consider:
an investigation into your psychiatric treatment teams seemingly racist placement of Siddharta in the isolation unit;
an investigation into Dr. Schumacher (sp) violation of Siddharta's religious freedom rights, by denying him access to his Spiritual Reading material;
an investigation of the Cowitz Garden Adult Family Home, that seemed to use PeaceHealth to prevent exposure of their abuses of residents;
an investigation of guardian Tracy Zacher for her refusal to agree to a conference with your staff, Siddharta, and his Mother, Cynthia Fisher, which could have avoided escalation of the current crisis PeaceHealth is now facing.

Hoping for 100 Calls to Sen. Murray
Please call Sen. Murray 206-553-0891 : I know many of you have called before... Please do not doubt that your continued calls are building pressure to expose major corruption in the mental health field and expose the pervasive persecution of people labeled with mental illness...
The Village Hearts and Hands are making it happen! Tell Sen. Murray
1) Please FREE Siddharta Fisher immediately to live in his hometown, Vancouver, WA
2) Give his Mother, Cynthia Fisher Guardianship
3) Investigate guardian Tracey Zacher's role in the horrific human and constitutional rights of Siddharta Fisher, including isolating him from his friends and family for almost 21 days, and playing a part in fraud against the court.
4) Investigate Cowitz Garden Family Home in Kelso Washington for abuse of vulnerable adults and Peace Health Hospital in Kelso Washington, for failing to prevent the unjust confinement of Siddharta Fisher

Here is a more detailed update:
Adult Family Home Immediately Violates Siddharta's rights
December 15, 2013
After his long awaited release from Western State Hospital, on approx. Dec 15, 2013, his guardian disappeared him into an adult family home where he was told he could not leave the property. This restrictionญญญญญญญญญญญญญญญญญญญญญญญญญญญญญญญญญ was never lifted during the 18-20 days, he was at the adult family home, except to be transported to a medical appointment. Such a restriction was not part of his conditional leave and is a violation of state and federal ADA laws for vulnerable and disabled adults.

His guardian Tracey Zacher, kept his whereabouts secret from all his friends and family. We now know the home was Cowitz Gardens Adult Family Home in Kelso, Washington.
Siddharta was kept hidden, and isolated even during the Christmas Season

As Christmas time was approaching and his whereabouts still kept hidden, there was a desperate effort made to call all the adult family homes in Kelso, Washington, , in an attempt to try and locate Siddharta, especially during the Christmas season. The first Adult Family Home listed in Kelso is the Cowitz Garden Adult Family Home. They denied they had a resident named Siddharta Fisher.

Guardian Zacher was informally and unexpectedly exposed in the court room on January 3, 2013 regarding the disappearance and forced isolation of Siddharta. In response to that exposure, she agreed to call a family friend after court at 4:00pm and informed her she would give her the details of Siddharta's location in 3 or 4 days.
So Watch What Happened During the 3 to 4 Day Count Down...
According to the Kelso Washington police report A14-48 that I have secured; the following timeline of incidents occurred after that call...
January 3, 2014 Given a 4 day window before Siddharta's secret location must be made known, (the place where Siddharata's rights and possibly others were being seriously violated... )
at 7:00pm a Cowitz Garden staff member called 911 and tried to have Siddharta arrested on the grounds that he was a threat to other residents at the adult family home.
The police reports states, he investigated, but found no evidence of threats or aggression and refused to remove Sidddharta.

January 4, 2014 with Only a 3 day window left before Siddharta's secret location, must be made known
Around 7:00pm , another call was made by the same Cowitz Garden Staff member, to 911, the goal being to have Siddharta arrested on the same grounds as the night before; that he was a threat to other residents at the adult family home.

The police report states, the same officer investigated again, but found no evidence of threats or aggression and again refused to remove Siddharta. But the Cowitz Garden staff is adamant that he must be removed on grounds of aggression. The policeman again clearly states there is no grounds for an involuntary commitment based on Siddharta being a threat to others, or himself and again refused to arrest him. Finally the staff calls the Lower Columbia Mental Health crisis line, and crisis operator Tim Fletcher gives the order to the police to arrest Siddharta for what appears to be false reasons, but ones the police does not have the authority to question.

The police report ends, stating that, Siddharta was completely cooperative the whole time... including the trip to Peace Health St. Johns Hospital in handcuffs, where he was delivered to the locked psychiatric ward. After the policeman left, Siddharta faced further abuse, which appears to have been racially motivated, because despite the police's statement that there was no evidence of aggression and the crisis line's fraudulent reason for arrest; he was transferred to the back ward isolation unit.

Yes, he was still cooperative, even though he knew he had just been framed and his last breath of freedom's air had just ended...

Cruel, Inhumane, Degrading

In this locked unit, there is no opportunity to ever go outside; the 4 or 5 bedrooms that line the walls have combination locks where I imagine individuals get locked in at night; or if these oppressive and cruel conditions force a human reaction, they then serve to punish and isolate during the day; the bare stark common area is no bigger than a living room, barely room to pace, the center of which has a metal round table ... These are the conditions that the United Nation's states are torture; cruel, inhumane and degrading.  link to www.madinamerica.com

Outraged at His Persecution? Please be one of the 20 People who Email CEO Josiah Johnson ... contact info is above!

Why is he still there?
When Siddharta went to court to see if he might gain his freedom back, Why did the Peace Health Hospital court hearing only include testimony from Cowitz Garden staff, stating that Siddharta was guilty of being aggressive and a threat to others, and not include the official police report; that said he was not a threat, but cooperative.
Why did his guardian fail to show up at court and produce the official police report?
Why do they have this African American man, who the police report states was totally cooperative locked in the back isolation wards of a hospital that serves mostly white people.
How can Peace Health deny Siddharta his right to have the only books he has requested in this forced isolation. Indeed, it is his form of religious expression. The astrology and tarot books I bought him at his request, are in a locked cabinet in the nurses' station, by order of the psychiatrist, who I believe is Dr. Schumacher (?) and he is only allowed to read the rich "safe" material they have available "Woman's Day Magazine."

And yet as the Village People stand together and demand that justice be served we will save a Heart, one by one by one, until hopefully one day the Dream of the Beloved Inclusive Village, where All Hearts Can Heal will be manifested.
Standing Together, We Are Being the Change We Want to See In the World!
