Socialist Alternative candidate wins Seattle City Council Position 2

Sixteen year incumbent Richard Conlin concedes on November 15, 2013.
According to the Seattle P-I, four-term Seattle City Councilman Richard Conlin conceded to Socialist challenger Kshama Sawant late Friday afternoon, after she once again increased a lead that now stands at 1,640 votes.
