The choice

The choice society makes is between
protecting everyone's individual freedom in order to learn and create, that is, equality in regard to both knowledge and creativity, (ie the declared point of the US revolutionary war, declared in the Declaration of Independence, wherein equality was declared to be the basis for US law)
protecting a few who administrate a narrow, collective, and traditional viewpoint of (or identified in the propaganda system as being) dogmatic-authority, violence, and expansion (ie the banker-Roman-Empire-(or Marx's)-viewpoint)

For new ways to consider the question "What exists?" in relation to both practical creativity and "How society should be organized, eg what words should mean" {or how many ways of organizing "what words mean" can be used in many (new) creative contexts.}
[religion and science both deal with the surprising, but true, newly identified structure of existence, ie the new structure of existence which transcends the constricted idea of materialism, where, as it now is, materialism is the basis for modern science, and subsequently, materialism is the cause of the failing of modern science, ie there is no valid descriptions (to sufficient precision) of the observed stable spectral-orbital structures of: nuclei, atoms, molecules, crystals, solar systems, and no explanation of dark matter, dark energy, etc, and furthermore, modern science has no relation to practical creativity, all of our engineering is still based on classical-physics, even the building of micro-chips, and the nuclear bomb is based on 19th century models of "rates of chemical reactions."]

[Note: The US revolutionary war was supposed to support everyone's individual freedoms, and not support the freedoms of the bankers to be tyrants, yet G Washington went out, while president, and put-down Shay's rebellion, a rebellion built out of a group of unpaid revolutionary war veterans, a rebellion against the tyrannical banks whom were foreclosing on the (broke) veterans' farms. That is, G Washington presided over maintaining European social-class structure in the new nation. That is, when material value was established in North America the banks rushed-in to take it over, and this allowed the already existent European class-structure of "the beginning US" to be maintained.]

A person is responsible for the survival of oneself, and is not responsible to administrators of a failed line of social pursuit. If there is a state then the state (claims) to take on responsibilities of survival of the individual, whereas the individual is responsible only for knowledge and creativity within the state (but the reality of knowledge is that it is not narrowly defined, as social institution now constrict knowledge).

The nature of being a person
People seek knowledge so as to be creative. One's creative responsibility is to challenge, correct, alter, and improve existing knowledge and to expand the creative context so as to give back a creative gift to the earth. If one's creations have results which are harming the earth, then these structures need to be corrected
Be responsible in regard to an attempt to "see the world as it really is."

The current social structure is based on minority rule, where the minority are chosen by their theft of both property and knowledge from both the people and the culture, and the subsequent violent ability of these (violent) few, who (apparently because of their violent capabilities, ie apparently, their self-importance gives them contempt for others) have high-social-standing, to stabilize their condition of being thieves and thugs within society. Their thieving-violent activities are claimed to be building the society. They twist the idea of a state so as to define the state as that which serves them, the violent thieves who own the state, ie law is based on property rights and minority rule.
Thus, there are two levels of justice within such a society, where justice is used by the owners of society to both protect themselves and to attack rival thieves and associated armies, ie justice is used to attack the public, but now the public is organized in a narrow condition (of thought), so that merit... , along the lines of narrowly defined pursuits... , is easily discerned (the normal curve for many sample-sets of "samples of the mean" for a vaguely identifiable property).
Thus, it is demanded that the failing ways of this type of a social system are not to be noticed by the public, ie the propaganda system cannot talk about all the failures of this system.

The current administrators... of the few guiding the collective expansive (ie expansive but narrow to the point of extreme destruction) and narrow vision which motivates society, ie the bankers (and oil-men)... ., need to accept their obvious failure... , and seek to serve new ideas... , because the authority and tradition of the banker-administrators of the society's collective motivational structure ie their authority and traditions have failed.
They (the banking-class) are destroying (poisoning) the world and their knowledge is not leading to any valid form of development.
That is, the model of expansion has failed (the limits of earth's people-population, upon a heavily-poisoned earth, for a people-population which focuses on the material-side of existence, where this condition [of the earth] was reached due to the expansion managed by the owners of society, ie they are people who are unaware of what their actions are causing (they only see themselves and their own interests).

The narrow set of knowledge upon which the current way in which society is organized is helpful in regard to easy administration of social institutions by a few
Engineering is used to create an institutional order, and technical development facilitates a social order and it is used to help manage this order.

How the world is put-together is not of much interest in such a social context

It is the state which has responsibility to the public (nourish, help people know and create, and protect the people from the destructive selfishness of a few); but in a tyranny (minority rule) that responsibility (of the state) is about protecting the process of violent theft.
The US law is based on property rights and minority rule.
And the value of knowledge is measured by how that knowledge contributes to the (management) power of the ruling few.

On the other hand, in regard to a descriptive knowledge concerning "perceiving the world as it really is,"
[Note: this is a religious saying of Buddhism, as well as Taoism]

The current social structure is based on the entrenched power (of narrowly defined ways in which to use material resources) which is associated with fixed ways of doing things in a context of materialism. It supports innovations which make these fixed material processes cheaper, or better designs for doing certain (narrowly defined) things, in a social structure attached to a materialist viewpoint about (scientific) knowledge. This is all managed by a very small set of powerful administrators (whom watch over this totalitarian vision for society).
Thus, the engineering of our society is stuck in "the use of 19th-century scientific knowledge," ie the knowledge of materialism, wherein (in regard to classical physics) the description has a math-structure, wherein the descriptive information is controllable, reliably measurable and practically useful.
Whereas, quantum physics, particle-physics, and general relativity and all the physical theories derived from these core sets of descriptive constructs, do not describe a context where measuring is reliable and the systems are not controllable.

Thus, either

One can choose the currently accepted authoritative dogma of basing measurable description on reduction to (local) point-spectral-particles and describing these assumed-to-exist point-particle entities to be ruled by indefinable randomness and non-linearity, or macroscopically by assuming that geometry of material interaction is to be based on a one-body system which possesses spherical symmetry, ie a non-linear geometry,
Whereas in both cases there are no valid descriptions of the observed stable spectral-orbital properties of nuclei, general atoms, molecules, crystals, as well as the stable orbital properties of the solar system.
All these stable systems go without valid descriptions, where the main statement within this dogma is that "these (relatively simple, yet very stable) systems are too complicated to describe."
This descriptive context is a failure.

One can consider a new math structure (ie new assumptions, new contexts, and new interpretations of data [as the ideas of Copernicus defined a different context than the context of the Ptolemaic system])... , wherein the descriptions of systems depend on a math context of reliable measuring so that the descriptions are, in turn, related to stable patterns so that the observed stable patterns of material systems can be both described and controlled... ,
... , a new way to view these stable material systems in regard to a many-dimensional containment set whose subspace structure is partitioned by a finite number of discrete hyperbolic shapes, which model metric-spaces, so that for sets of (these) different signature metric-spaces (including the inertial containing Euclidean metric-space) each type of metric-space is associated to a property and an associated material (or material property). So that all of the stable systems are in fact metric-spaces (or condensed sets of such metric-spaces) which are in resonance with this above mentioned finite set of (hyperbolic) metric-spaces so as to belong to some tree of subspace and metric-space size containment sets within the higher-dimensional containment set. That is, the controllable context for material systems is actually a descriptive construct which transcends the idea of materialism.
Thus, within each metric-space containment set the lower-dimensional material components which the metric-space contains have interactions defined by (partial) differential equations, both of an inertial type (ie dynamics) and of a force-field type, where the structure of these equations is dependent on the new sets of properties defined by the new context of set-containment, where these new sets of properties account for the same set of observed properties which are interpreted in different ways in the old (currently accepted (2013)) descriptive system.

Note: This point needs to be stressed in regard to the critics, ie this means that I am taking responsibility for a failed construct of knowledge (which defines a failed authority today (2013)), and correcting it.

This correction of knowledge is opposed by the bosses of the wage-slave critics of dogma (the propagandist-critics), since it would interfere with their investment structures, and subsequently, their social power, and the failed (narrowly defined) collectivism which their tyranny defines.
Note: The propagandist-critics Whom, apparently, these propagandist-critics like to "lick their boots (or caress their own paychecks)" but most likely (apparently) these propaganda-critics like "being a helper" to the powerful, they are the types who seek to believe the authorities and whom obediently follow the dogmas and traditions associated to the knowledge which upholds the narrow interests of the owners of society. Furthermore, these easily influenced critics (since they are followers and cannot take-on the responsibilities of challenging a failed authoritative context), like the advantages which supporting the owners of society provides to themselves (for essentially very little effort (the owners of society, and their propagandist wage-slaves, are some of the laziest and most irresponsible people in society) the status quo is allowed to reign supreme as an absolute blanket (of fog) over society. That is, the dogmatic authority of the social institutions (which have been built and guided by the owners of society) allow those who support the status quo to be in a state of "being not-responsible."
That is, it is assumed that the rest of society has to take responsibility to solve the problems caused by the owners of society.
This is the natural logic of a people who are wage-slaves serving the interests of the few, ie the few who destroy both the earth and the culture of the society.
[the Chinese communists and the capitalist-bankers are equivalent masters {Marxists-capitalists}, who reign over a collective state of arbitrary irrationality].
Even the high-priests of rational dissent, ie the few who express anemic social criticisms from academia, or who come from a journalistic-editor viewpoint, express ideas which are, essentially, consistent with the interests of the owners of the society, in regard to the assumptions of the rationality of the owners of society's institutional structures ie they have been brain-washed, ie they believe the useless dogmas (endless, repetitive baloney about: law, science, politics, economics, the organization of society, etc, where the assumptions of these descriptive structures, which, in turn, are associated to institutional operations, are never challenged). This leads to an intellectual waste-land, which exists because the authority of social institutions are not allowed to be challenged, rather the "myth of merit" which is defined by wage-slaves competing in regard to narrow dogmas, effectively states that other ideas have no merit, similar to how the European invaders claim that the "savage" native people were worthless and to be exterminated. Similarly, many of the first adherents to the ideas of Copernicus were exterminated, by the authorities of that age.
The best which these weak-critics have expressed is that "society is organized to serve the interest of the owners of society," where ownership is centered "in the banks."

This note applies both to the propaganda guards and the authoritative guards of academia, ie the protectors of authority and tradition, ie protectors of a narrowly defined tyranny
(but everyone needs to look around and see the obvious failings of such a system).

A descriptive structure which transcends the idea of materialism

The stable shapes which such system structures can possess are the: cubes, cylinders, tori, and shapes built from toral-components, ie the cubes [or right rectangular shapes] and circle-spaces are the set of stable shapes.
Thus, the geometry of the charges, neutrons, neutrinos, nuclei, atoms, molecules, crystals, and solar systems are based on:...
cubes, circles, rings, cylinders, tori, and folded shapes of toral-components (where the allowed folds are related to the Weyl-angles defined in the material containing metric-space's fiber Lie group [easiest thought of as a unitary fiber Lie group]), concentric sets of toral components, etc... ,
... , within which the material and condensed-material-components-orbit in a relatively stable manner, and often in a neutrally-charged manner.

Of great interest is the relation between a set of low-dimensional components and relatively small components, of adjacent 1-higher-dimensional metric-spaces, which define a stable system, within which the lower-dimensional components occupy. There is the bounded nuclear charged structure, wherein neutrons and nuclei alike as well as electrons and neutrinos... , where each component is based separately on 2-dimensional shape, which are both either bounded or unbounded, and apparently... ., these 2-dimensional components come together in a bounded stable 3-dimensional shape which is a charged closed metric-space (or as an atom is a neutrally charged closed metric-space). This seems to have a shape of some form of concentric set toral components, and would be similar to an atom's orbital-spectral structure, but there seems to be an energy-gap which distinguishes the neutral charged structures, ie atoms and molecules, from charged, but stable, shapes of bounded nuclei. That is, nuclei are 3-dimensional shapes whose shape and structure is quite similar to that of an atom. The energy gap between atoms and nuclei would be about the relation of these shapes sizes (or spectral values) and the resonances which are defined in regard to the subspace partitions into a finite set of metric-space shapes associated to the 11-dimensional over-all containment hyperbolic metric-space. Or, the energy-gap may be related to the particular organization of the set-containment tree, related to our solar-system (and the shape properties of the metric-space which our stable solar-system defines) and/or the relation that this set-containment tree has to a higher-dimensional energy generating shape within this set-containment tree.
The particle-physics model of quarks and leptons is all about the unstable 3-dimensional spatial structures which form when the 3-dimensional shapes with their 2-dimensional components are broken apart due to high-energy collisions, and which are unitary since these metric-space shapes are a mixture of opposite metric-space states.

Furthermore, this description allows for the usual structures of dynamic systems to exist, ie their differential equations can be defined within the metric-spaces within which the material components are contained, that is, if these material components define "free" systems, ie well defined unattached (condensed) material component. Furthermore, these dynamic structures are still often related to non-linear states of dynamic change.

However, when material is a component of a higher-dimensional containment set, which itself possesses a stable shape, and if that shape also possesses a capacity to generate its own energy, then components, and "regions which contain components," within the over-all containment system, can have their properties (or states) changed, by the over-all containment system controlling energy-flows through the (higher-dimensional) angular-momentum channels (or regions, or faces) of the system.

These containment sets might be made more complicated by the size relationships that exist between the system's lower-dimensional face and contained-component structures (or relationships), but such size-relation might also determine more opportunity to act (in a wide range of contexts for existence, as well as for intentional actions [of life-forms]).
