I was thinking Bush or Obama may have poisoned Hugo. But I have no Idea. There was motive, means and perhaps opportunity.
What I remember is the poor seemed to like him and the better off did not. Perhaps a mix of both.
I know of a few that were leaving the country (Venezuela)who were worse off perhaps for it.
One thing really sticks is my memory was when the smell of sulfur was noticed by Hugo at the UN. perhaps the US delegation
still carries that odor. I know they are not alone.
