When they need control or have a project or resource to control they are activated by covertly distributing LSD to civilian population to disorient and control. Combined local news casts to provoke fear or the desired distraction, often operating medium to small scale false flags to take attention off their actions. This is their rhyme and their reason. And we must stop it where we see it, and have the courage to speak up and stop it. Our kids deserve better than meth.
