Portland Jobs With Justice made a surprise appearance at a Metro board meeting, and pronounced them "Scrooge Of The Year" under careful consideration from a list of 10 qualified candidates. Jamie Partridge proudly presented the award to them dressed as Scrooge under the watchful eyes of dozens of community members and Union reps.
