In this video there is a lively discussion revolving around the police and the arrests of people who are sitting on the sidewalks, the tactics, the records, and the logic of (or lack of) pro and cons of this law that is being enforced.
When I brought up examples of the horses being used in aggressive ways and the officers who also act out in aggressive ways, I was told to document it and send it to the IPR or CRC and or "make an official complaint" to get the necessary attention and the issue addressed.
