It's been nearly four years since Richard Gage presented in Portland. The last time was in 2008 at Berbati's Pan with a small audience. Architects & Engineers have grown a lot since then.

KBOO Radio will be airing an interview with Richard Gage during their fund drive. 11am this Friday the 17th. Not live, but the only program on Richard Gage in the area on radio or tv.

Most people who meet regularly at the same place and time don't go to such lengths to pretend they're not the same group lol.

But the creepiest part is ignoring the PDX911truth front groups exposure. NORMAL people try to defend themselves b/c they don't want to look like con artists even if they are. The Portland 9/11 truth Alliance must not care as long as they can keep the con going and lie convincingly to their brainwashed members.

There is too much ignorance on display in this thread and way too much decision making based on this ignorance, which is not a sign of sound thinking. I will take responsibility for some of this confusion by not making clear who we are earlier (responsibility for the unsound thinking, of course, belongs to its own author).

As J.T. pointed out, the Portland Action Group of Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth formed last fall around the activities of the 9/11 anniversary. Last summer I signed up to be the Local Contact for AE911Truth. Shortly after that Marcela Pena contacted me. Now that there were two of us we decided to put on an event. This was a presentation of the preliminary version of the new AE911Truth video, "Experts Speak Out" at the Hillsdale LIbrary in southwest Portland last September. Since that time we added members, including J.T. and Glenn Goldman, and formed an official Portland Action Group within AE911Truth.

Now, where to hold meetings? Since some of the members of our new group know some of the members of the Portland 9/11 Truth Alliance I decided to hold meetings simultaneous with their meetings. We would meet every two weeks while the Truth Alliance met every week. This provided a lot of cool energy having so many truth activists in the same room at the same time. The way this worked was that for 15 minutes or so, as people were coming in, the two groups would socialize. Following that, we broke off into two separate groups and held two independent conversations at two separate tables. As J.T. also pointed out, the last two meetings of ours were held from 9-11 am, ahead of the Truth Alliance meetings held from 11-1. This was done because of personal work conflicts of some of our members. It also afforded the people who wanted to attend both meetings the opportunity to do so.

All of the members of the AE911Truth Portland Action Group are members of AE911Truth, having signed the petition at AE911Truth.org. Very few of the members of the Portland 9/11 Truth Alliance have signed the petition at AE911Truth (I have the list of signers for Oregon). The focus of our discussions are different. We stick to the hard evidence behind the collapses of the three WTC towers in New York on 9/11. The Truth Alliance includes our topic as a small subset of what they cover. However, differences in topics aside, as well as disagreements in some areas, I consider the members of the Portland 9/11 Truth Alliance patriots for their work to inform the people of Portland of the false official explanation for 9/11.

Come to the Richard Gage presentation and see for yourself what we are about. The event at the Moreland Theater starts at 2 pm this Sunday. Ticket prices are $10 at the door, $8 in advance (Brown Bag Tickets), $5 for students & seniors, and $0 if you cannot afford to pay for a ticket. There is also a second event at PCC-Sylvania on Monday at noon. A donation is suggested for that event.

Whoever it is making false accusations against the AE911Truth Portland Action Group should be ashamed of yourself. An apology from you would be in order, although I certainly don't expect one based on what I've read so far.
