City police policy in Harrisburg PA on lost dogs: Kill it, Adopt it, or Dump it

The "gubmint" is not the enemy. It's how we get things done and it needs funding to do that.

Transparency? Sure. Accountability? Of course.

But transparency and accountability DOES NOT mean LESS government. It means government that WORKS for everyone. Including dogs.
