Join your community allies for this political education event! Learn about struggles for supporting national and international Political Prisoners. We will be writing to various Political Prisoners in jail for clashing with the state in some way; animal and eco prisoners, anarchist and radically ideological prisoners, prisoners who have stood against national occupations, cultural and ethnic victims of state discrimination, prisoners of the "war on drugs", three strikes casualties, sexual preference scapegoats of the system, and others. We will also tell you about some great organizations in Portland and how you can get involved.
Co-sponsored by Portland Rising Tide, Civil Liberties Defense Center and NW Student Coalition
