Eugene food not bombs will be serving food at Kesey square (intersection of Broadway and Willamette st) at 2:00 p.m on Friday, May 6th. We plan to do this weekly. We could really use some help getting donations/dumpstering, etc. Our first event may be small, but we are committed to getting the ball rolling and having this on a consistent basis. There is a major lack of such services in the Eugene/Springfield area, and we need to raise awareness of the immense hunger, poverty, and homelessness in our community.
