2011 GREENFIELD PEACE WRITING CONTEST
Criteria:
Open to 11th and 12th graders in Oregon high schools.
Submission of an original piece of fiction, poem or essay (maximum 600 words) reflecting on the following question:
WHAT DO WE NEED TO CHANGE TO CREATE A WORLD WITHOUT NUCLEAR WEAPONS?
Submissions accepted until February 15, 2011.
First prize: $1,000
Second prize: $750
Third prize: $500
