I seen 2 Bike police cops
Heading toward 2 people hanging out on a corner
I knew they would stop n talk - - and I was right
As I got closer it wasn't what I thought...
I filmed this last month in downtown Portland.
I actually like what I see in this, rather than hassling they were offering "advise on a cold winter day."
The Irony is 5 mins before I recorded this, I seen "a security patrol by Safeway telling folks to *please move along* and not hang out there.
