Still no word on AETA4 Case

Still no update from prosecutors on case status regarding the AETA4 case
As of this posting, the AETA4 defense team have still not received word from the government regarding their plans for this case. Tomorrow will mark exactly ten weeks since Judge Whyte's dismissal without prejudice. What is going on within the Department of Justice and FBI is anybody's guess. However, the AETA4 case should not be regarded as closed. Last we heard, the government's position was to seek re-indictment. This case still needs our help, support, and continued fund-raising efforts.

The AETA4 are accused of picketing and sidewalk chalking. If they are convicted, the case stands to alter all movements and criminalize every social justice movement; and all activist efforts at making the world a more just and progressive place.
