Video: Portland Human Rights Commission meeting 9.1.10

The Portland Human Rights Commission held their monthly meeting for September.
I filmed the short meeting which had a presentation from "Sister of the Road".
The current topics included in this meeting are of the recent sit lie sidewalk laws and concerns of how the law is affecting people and how Sisters is looking at homelessness in a bigger global vision, in regard to solutions and ways of ending this world wide poverty cycle.
