PUBLIC LAND DISPOSITION (and the High School Redesign)

Southeast Uplift and NorthEast Community Neighborhoods (NECN) are holding a community forum to discuss how public lands are managed by our public agencies (i.e., City of Portland and Portland Public Schools)
Saturday, June 19 (this Saturday)
10:00 a.m. - noon
Mt. Tabor Theatre
4811 S.E. Hawthorne
FREE!

Southeast Uplift and NorthEast Community Neighborhoods (NECN) are holding a community forum to discuss how public lands are managed by our public agencies (i.e., City of Portland and Portland Public Schools). There is a huge amount of land in parks and schoolyards deeply valued by our communities for contributing to the character, quality and functioning of our neighborhoods.

*** There is strong pressure from the development community to gain access to parks and vacant school lands for valuable real estate opportunities. ***

We want to give the community an opportunity to get information about public land stewardship and whether our interests are served when agencies dispose of public lands.

JOIN OUR COMMUNITY FORUM!
