too bad oil spill nets are not allowed to be used ..the cleanup costs are designed to not contain but consume hours getting insurance kick backs on the time it takes to wipe a napkin as it washes up on everything becuz the oil and gas paid off our govt for the last 40 years and only agreed to make a pelagic oil boom that is only good for up to 1.5 knots then spill snakes under the plastic surface when the underwater currents push it and pull it everywher ...
