We keep learning more about the totally unwarranted deadly force used in the 2006 murder of Jordan Case. The young man was high on mushrooms when he walked into a neighbors apartment. When police arrived the 5'2'' 120 lbs neighbor had Case pinned to the ground. Rather than handcuff Case, the police opted instead to taser, bean bag, and finally shoot the unarmed man as he staggered around with his hands in the air.
