Officer involved in Chase death pulls gun on motorist

The Portland Mercury Blog reports that officer Kyle Nice pulled a gun on a motorist after a traffic altercation between him and said motorist. Officer "Nice" seems to be getting away with it for now.

Let's ask ourselves why on earth a Portland Police officer literally blasts away a homeless man who is shambling about in an uncoordinated manner with a tiny blade and clearly no ability to do damage to somebody trained in the use of force, whilst the Washington County Police don't kill a man who does not even deny pulling a gun on another human being.

I urge you all to remember that in this as in all the other recent and not so recent cases, silence is approval and the only thing that is needed for evil to prevail is for good people to do nothing.
