Bike ride 11.Mar.2010 20:39

hello !

Hello Portlanders
As we all know Iraq has been under harsh and illegal occupation for 7 years now. No changes have been made so far since Obama came to the office I mean the situation in Iraq became a real disaster that is created and very well planed by the U.S politics yet, Americans have totally forgotten about that and got really busy with many other issues, like economy problems, natural disasters Ext. Saverefugees has been working so hard to bring the Iraqi issue to the attention of the Americans since Aug 2007 when Zahra Alkaabi arrived in Portland and tried so hard to work with the peace movement until this moment. We have scheduled and planned the 7th anniversary of the U.S occupation to Iraq, March 27th event, and would like to invite you all to participate, co-sponsor and facilitate this event. You are welcome to invite any group, friends and anyone you know might be interested to do something for the sake of the Iraqi nation. Iraq has done no harm to America at the same time Iraq is completely destroyed by America. If you want to know the daily cost that Iraqi people pay and will pay for many generations from now then you should know that Iraq is contaminated forever by the depleted uranium and the chemical and forbidden weapons that have been used so far against the Iraqi civilians. I hope this is enough reason for Americans realize the deep problem and the horrific situation and so they protest against what is going on in Iraq.
Here are some information about the event feel free to contact us if you have any idea that will serve the Iraqi nation and it's cause
