Rally Against Anti-Choice Terrorists on Jan.17th!

Last January, Oregon Right to Life bussed in 7000 anti-choice zealots into downtown Portland, and they're coming again on January 17th. In the past year there has been an increase of attacks on women's reproductive freedom nationally, from the murder of abortion provider Dr. George Tiller to the Stupak amendment to healthcare reform. Be part of standing up for women's reproductive freedom. Show the anti-abortion fanatics that they aren't welcome in Portland by coming out to defend safe and legal abortion.

racist? sexist? homophobeic? 10.Jan.2010 01:33

excuse me

Oregon Right to Life doesn't have anything to do with racism, sexism, or homophobia. They have a lot more in common with FEMINISTS FOR LIFE than the other kind of people you are deliberately confusing them with.
They are entitled to free political speech, so stop calling them terrorists...unless you want to be called one yourself, for inciting lots of people to hate them and ....whatever else you have in mind for people to do as the opposition forces of this rally.

by the way, i have NO affiliation with Oregon Right to Life, but I know of them. I have read some of their printed materials, it has nothing to say about the subjects you reference. This is America, we have free speech. Let them have their day.
Frankly i (a woman who knows what abortion is, first hand) like them because there used to be soo much rhetoric towards abortion rights, with NO actual factual education or pictures. When it turns out, that a fetus isn't really "just a blob of tissue" as the abortion people are so fond of misleading people. I am glad for the educational bent that Right to Life has. The knowledge of what an 8- or 10- week fetus really is, helps women make an informed CHOICE.
