On july 1rst I found a death threat on my daughters computer, it's a audio file and people renting apartments here made it.
On that death threat they admit they have my daughters computer under video surveillance and there saying on it that there going to kill me and that I will see it.
On july 10 2009, several days after I find that death threat on the computer there was a lot of people outside in the parking lot and they had a lot of kids with them that don't live here.
There were people from apartment 102 and apt 204, as well as others that I did not recognize and the adults were coaching those kids to ring my doorbell and to slap my widow screen.
When I checked the door no one was there.
I suspected I was being setup by my wife and her lover of whom I caught before, my wife's lover is almost a twin to me and my wife was framing me as a pedophile using her lover Eric Carlson as a body double.
I aimed my camcorder at the window to catch them slapping my window screen but left the shades closed because they gave me the impression they wanted my shades open.
The adults from apt 102 and 204 were directing those kids to harass me as well as to make false acusations.
Keep in mind I recently found a death threat so I did not bother to open the door or the window shades.
My camcorder picked up there conversations and you can hear those adults coaching those kids.
At one point on the video you can hear the lady from apt 204 right by my window saying "Look out the window Terry!" as Eric Carlson walks past my window.
They were trying to get me to "See it" just like they promised on there death threat they put on my daughters computer.
I heard almost none of what was said at the time because I was not by the window but my camcorder caught them framing me using Eric Carlson as a body double and they were paying those kids to make false acusations about me.
One of those kids was speaking to another kid while the adults went into there apartment and you can hear on the camcoder the kid said "Were being paid to make him look like a bad guy" now that is a hell of a confession.
The video I uploaded here was taken about a week and a half later at about 5;45 am.
I was getting ready to walk our dog Pepsi across the street where I normally potty the dog and when I opened the door I noticed someone was lurking behind the vehicle and the trailer across the street.
I turned off all the lights in this apartment and grabed my camcorder and aimed it across the street where I saw the lurker trying to catch him on video.
After a little while a man from apartment 204 came down stairs and took off down the street on foot, leaving his car in the parking lot.
I know something was going on because that man has a long history of helping my wife Joan Wagar and her lover Eric Carlson to frame me using Eric Carlson as a body double.
I suspect this man to be Eric Carlson's brother.
After he left a lady I do not recognize as the lady he normally lives with came down as well.
She acted as if she and him was up to something because she started to run.
I got the impression they wanted me to follow, I wonder if they had a gun man outside lurking across the street?
After a minute more I paused the camcorder but continued to sit on my couch watching outside.
I waited about 2 minutes and then I noticed a shadow on the walk way along the apartments, the shadow was aproaching from the direction of the street.
I started my camcorder and aimed it at the shadow thinking this must be the lurker that was hiding behind those vehicles across the street, it was.
The man stoped right in front of his apartment on the walk way, paused briefly then came into view stepping into the parking lot as if he just came from his apartment, apt 102.
As he walked into view a lady aproached him and it was the lady normally lives with the man from apt 204.
This lady was the lady coaching those kids and Eric Carlson outside this apartment a week and a half before.
She kept her back to me the entire time she was in view, she seems to be informing this man as to what I am doing, because after she speeks to him he looks over at me and makes it known he has it out for me.
The lady went into his apartment in 102.
What apartment did she come from?
Good question, I did not notice from my vantige point where she came from but I do know I caught these people framing me on july 10th outside my apartment and there responsible for the recent death threat.
The lurker was trying to make it look like he came out of his apartment but he was the one waiting outside the entire time across the street, and he is not hiding the fact he has it out for me.
I would like to point out that these people are in authority and they are using Eric Carlson as a body double to frame me and there caught in the act of premeditated murder and they already confessed to it.
I already called 911 and the Portland Police don't even try to hide the fact that they don't give a shit.
Like I said these people are in authority, cops don't arrest cops.

Please keep in mind I already caught these people in the act on july 10th about a week and a half before this video using Eric Carlson as a body double as well as paying kids to make false acusations about me and there admitting to it and there caught admitting to it on my camcorder.
I have tried repeatedly to upload those video's to youtube and other popular video sites to warn people but authority's are preventing me from doing so somehow.
