My wife Joan Wagar was having an affair with a man that is almost a twin to me.
His name is Eric Carlson, and my wife and him was trying to hide that fact from me.

My wife was poisoning me and her lover was framing me as a pedophile.

My wife was nick named Mrs Dash after there affair started, coincidentally I started getting sick after that.
My wife tried to hide those nick names from me as well, I wonder why?
My wife has a sister named Vickie, and she is married to a man named Elmer, and he is in law enforcement.
I also have reason to believe Eric Carlson has a brother in law enforcement here in Oregon.

My wife was also poisoning my whole family, at first I thought we had a weird flu since I was not the only one suffering from the same conditions.
On my second visit to emergency hospital at the OHSU I over heard a conversation my doctor was having with someone in law enforcement.
My doctor believed I was being poisoned and was trying to explain to the officer.
The officer ignored everything the doctor said and repeatedly labeled me as a bad guy until the doctor got the hint to shut up about it.
My doctor then said "you do realize his room is right there?" and then they both walked off.
From that point forword I could get no help from a hospital.
My wife didn't care anymore because she had permission and the authority's made it known to my wife and her lover.
They let everyone at East Port Walmart in on it and asked everyone there to lie for them.
I do not know if walmart knew I was a plasma donor or not.
I do not know if walmart knew my wife was poisoning my family.
I do know they knew Joan Wagar and Eric Carlson was framing me by using Eric as a body double.
I do know walmart gave them both those nick names.
I do know Eric Carlson dyed his hair black and went by the name David at East Port Walmart in order to hide him as well as to hide his resembleness to me.
My wife wrote a denial letter trying to hide her body double lover.
She describes Eric Carlson as a 129 pound weakling and 5 feet 6 inch short person.

Read her description of David, that's more acurete of Eric Carlson.
Joan put Eric Carlson alias in that denial letter.
David is Eric Carlson in disguise.
After I found Joan Wagar's hidden poison in a seasoning shaker she confessed in writing she is a poisoner, although she is still trying to cover her ass by preteding to use it on herself as though she is suicidal.
If she is suicidal then why hide the poison?

Joan Wagar, A,K,A, Mrs Dash, is a confessed poisoner.

To be honest I heard no threats
It sounded like it was recording like, what you get when you accidentally record the TV by mistake
I really tried to understand the audio clip...and could not make out any threats or anything along that line
I dismiss the tape as proof ...for it is nothing but a very bad recording quality tape of basically nothing.
To try to rouse up Indy Media reader with "proof" well you gave very little with the recording. ???
The audio tapes gets a score from the range 1 to 10 at -1 (sorry)

Its hard to get serious about this topic that you are *continuing bringing to Portland Indy Media and when I play the file and hear some (crappy) recording...hell you could say its the Tali-ban for all the listeners know its audio quality net value is zilch it relates to basically nothing is gibberish from a TV set Simpson show

To me its random vague notes, audio clips, and relayed information that I can do nothing about or with?
I can try to weave some plot or story or caper out of all this but heck ...I'm just making a story fit the characters. It is pointless!
Without proof, evidence, undercover work, lie detector tests, court rooms, investigation, etc ...this will probably not go anywhere... to many (not solid concrete) accusations and 2nd party hear say with very abstract evidence & proof as the only information to go on.
