A man who I don't know, who I think was a doctor, was handing out fliers that spoke out against judge Bybee approving torture policies ...went up on the Pioneer Courthouse Steps and was arrested
To me it looked like he was arrested unjustly
The security guards were telling him to leave
One guard was in his face about it, when the man yelled back at him "get out of my face"
Well that was all it took ...the guards (2 or 3) then took him into handcuffed custody through their front doors.
I captured it all on film ((( i )))
It looked like "good old-fashion Fascism" to me
Step out of line, they will come, to take you away
