On 7.21.09 at the First Unitarian Church there was a public discussion that was concerning homeless issues and the Portland SAFE program. This was organized by the City to discuss homeless issues in Portland and suggestions for improvement by the citizens who are impacted or affected by these issues, programs and laws.

Homeless Issues were discussed in small breakaway groups and then the group s shared as the two City Hall Commissioners Fritz & Fish recorded the input from the community
