Look at the top of the page for the menu which lets you change location. There is a U.S. map from where you can select Portland. The strange thing is that this pattern repeats with each US city. Apparently, urban populations everywhere contribute very little CO2, where as the suburbs account for most all of it. There is other data these maps display; just change the selections and you can see other relevant data.
