Oregon Health& Science University (OHSU) sent an unnecessarily offensive and crudely assaultive letter to Mr. Terry Wagar (TW) on 10-1-08; the letter was signed by Gary Granger (GG),DPS Director. Apparently DPS is a law enforcement agency on the campus of OHSU. GG pompously threatens to arrest & imprison TW in the event TW appears at he location of OHSU (except for emergency medical services); this is an outrageous and possible criminal act by a law enforcement official operating under the auspices of the university.

If TW were To appear at the university medical center, he (the patient) must run the risk of being arrested by goons from GG's silly/dangerous office. The Gestapo type threat from the *mental dwarf GG is exactly what it appears to be: a low minded, ill conceived, improperly directed, poorly written subversive effort to deny TW his Rights guaranteed under the United States Constitution. Freedoms of speech and movement across the USA are being abridged by fools like GG routinely and with no outcry from civil libertarians. Let's set the record straight: OHSU and GG are cowards and tyrants for engaging in the threats against TW. Under color of law GG seeks unlawfully to excuse the university's negligence and malevolence toward TW as documented by TW himself.

I suggest that GG make an apology, holster his weapon, advise the university to stop using DPS to effect illegal threats; furthermore, the university should reach out to TW in efforts to address the crimes he reports.
