Heal Organization Larkana has launched the District wide prevention program for Hepatitis.

In which above two hundred seventeen (135) persons were examined of blood, having found 24 Hepatitis C and 18 Hepatitis B Patients. Having inspected and examined of those patients who have been infected with spreading Hepatitis B & C disease.
Rise Health & Education Welfare Association Larkana "HEAL" (A non profit organization,) was arranged a free camp about Blood screening for Hepatitis B & C on Friday 13-03-09 at Primary School Mitho Dero Village collaboration with Murtaza Blood Bank (only registered Blood bank in Larkana), and Social Welfare Department Larkana, Executive District Officer Larkana also collaborate in this event.

Mr. Gulsher Salih Mangi President Heal Organization pointed out that HEAL Organization Larkana has launched the District wide prevention program with a Slogan," HEPATITIS FREE LARKANA". In the first stage, our organization screened the Blood for identify Hepatitis B & C then we will provide them free vaccine for Hepatitis B on the spot.

In which above two hundred seventeen (135) persons were examined of blood, having found 24 Hepatitis C and 18 Hepatitis B Patients. Having inspected and examined of those patients who have been infected with spreading Hepatitis B & C disease.

He said these above patients were forwarded Chief Minister's initiative programme for "Hepatitis free Sindh" as to be free cured and others people provide free vaccine of Hepatitis B from the Organization.
He said our mission is eradicate Hepatitis from interior Sindh especially Larkana, Shikarpur, Jacobabad, Kamber Shahdad Kot Districts and some Districts of Balouchistan.our organization also arranging the treatment of Hepatitis B & C patients from pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (Provided to Patients Free of Cost). While it is realized fact that treatment is very costly.
Abdul Fatah Lashari Heal General secretary, Ghullam Murtaza Magsi, Mohammad Khan Magsi and Qurban Ali Mangi, warned that if immediate action not taken for the prevention of Hepatitis, it would spread like an epidemic.
