As we near the 15th anniversary of Bill Hick's death, we again find our country reeling from the leadership of George Bush, committed to another war in Iraq, with the daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus again capturing the nation's imagination on top of the entertainment industry.
And this time, they're all much worse.
Bill has already, long ago, slayed them with a brilliance and insight that has yet to be repeated. His cutting message of sharp truth, fueled by enlightened humor, has only crystallized over the years into even finer gems of outspoken spiritual war cries into the face of banality and apathy. Bill's legacy as an agent of evolution ensures his words continue to be more relevant and necessary than ever.
