The CRASS Civil Litigation Working Group has compiled some information to
help you start taking the first steps toward filing civil suits to hold the
state accountable for their actions during the RNC. That's right, we've
pulled together info to help you sue the bastards!
Also, we have planned an action to start our civil litigation campaign. If
you are local, join us on Mardi Gras, Tuesday, Feb 24th at noon at the State
Capitol lawn in Saint Paul. Bring your kazoos, mardi gras masks, and notice
of claim forms. We're going to have a procession through town and drop off
our forms en masse. If you are from out of town, mail us your forms and
we'll turn them in for you!

claim form is often the first step in filing a civil suit. In Minnesota, you
