An attorney is submitting a petiton today to the Supreme Court to stay the election, until Obama produces his birth certificate. He claims that the only documentation Obama's campaign has produced is a certificate of live birth, which does not state where Obama was born. The contention is that Obama was born in Kenya, not in Hawaii as he claims. One of the three requirements to run for president is you must be a naturalized US citizen. This attorney is a life-long Democrat so it makes his argument more credible than if he were on an opposing side.
