Please post facts and analysis re. the disturbing "coincidence" of so many nations' militaries, intelligence agencies, stock markets, and war/prison/surveillance/construction corporations planning something big Nov. 11, 2008, and the fact that so much infrastructure and planning is invested in having urban warfare in Portland, OR using radiation releases, while the current administration is planning for martial law and continuing their control past next year.

They are posted in the US for active duty, or actual wartime fighting using crowd control, under their new name of Consequence Management Response Force and elsewhere weapons industry and military representatives brag about the variety of horrific weapons developed to control urban populations. When are they leaving for where and with what weapons? What are their numbers, additional private mercenary support, weaknesses, etc.?

Joint military, intelligence, and propaganda exercises were long planned for and took place at the same time and place, with the same scenarios as, 9-11, the London bombings, Madrid bombings, and Oklahoma City bombings, Portland OR dirty bombings that were interrupted and delayed due to citizen activism, and are now apparently planned for Nov. 11, 2008. Remember, that would be military fiscal year Nov. 11, '09, and therefore Vigilant Shield '09 is actually for Nov. 11, 2008. Each time the government blames so-called terrorists they set up, to scare and confuse the public, control the media and Congress, consolidate power in government, privatize and outsource resources and government, and prepare for marital law as an excuse for more surveillance, weaponry, loss of civil liberties, increased funding taken from the public welfare and civilian infrastructure (roads, education, food, water, healthcare, housing, social security, environment, sustainable energy, local economy, etc.)

... the follow-up on the TOPOFF 4 or TopOff IV, Noble Resolve, Vigilant Shield '08, and many similar exercises centered in Portland, Cot. 11-15, 2007 and the months before and since, around using radioactive isotopes released in various locations here. Why are Congress, the courts, and local emergency agencies, schools, and the Red Cross, etc. still not allowed access to data gathered from these exercises the last seven years, or given better information on how to coordinate protection and care of civilians in disasters? Where are the expensive measuring devices for various types of radioactive isotopes FEMA, etc. claimed were brought to Portland to be "tested" in the open where they claimed they did not have known types of radioactive material of known quantities and proportions or distribution velocity?

What happened to the 10 kiloton nuclear warhead from the missile illegally transported over the US and allegedly last taken to Portland last fall, and what information is there on the military whistle blowers and those who obeyed their oath to the Constitution and stopped the illegal transport, who were later found dead with cover-ups?

Urban warfare exercises for mass arrests, imprisonment, and killing of civilians under the excuse of civil unrest are planned with US, Canadian, Mexican, and Israeli, and possibly British militaries, withholding information from their own Congress, Parliament, etc. So even Oregon's DeFazio on the foreign intelligence and defense committee is denied info about their current and Oregon plans. What is the follow-up on the black helicopters and urban warfare training in Portland this last summer, and how can we be prepared to be safe from the militaries?

The contracts giving names of individuals, corporations, nations, and million or billion dollar amounts for controlled building and bridge demolition, construction, take-over of local communications and computers, etc. for Portland multiple dirty bomb releases last fall, when those contracts were placed on hold when the citizens asked too many questions. What dates do the contracts now have? Portland Indymedia listed them in a comments on an article maybe August 2007 about TopOff 4 in Portland. Websites earlier giving specific data have since been shut down and whistle blowers have died or closed down their websites and access to the public.

What does this have to do with the Portland IndyMedia warning about an FBI informant sabateur in Portland now and the FBI wanting to infiltrate the Portland summer '08 Iranian festival and mosques and harassing people from Persian/Iranian descent or sympathies, taking their identity papers, etc. and falsely accusing and jailing the Muslim civil rights attorney in Portland/Beaverton?
... the two Bush presidents' and Cheney's hatred for Portland or Little Beirut, and the pull-out of federal funds from various agencies here, or the investment in disasters not credible from any foreign country or terrorist organization... The Housing Authority of Portland attempted sale of homes when the need for public housing is greatest and expected to rise, when the public housing in New Orleans and Houston is closed to the low-income former residents and current citizens in need?

The increased construction and secrecy around the prisons, concentration camps, and containment centers and ICE compounds for holding prisoners built and "hidden" around Oregon, Washington, and Idaho on federal lands, often where it is illegal to build roads or buildings, where satellite photos are banned, and fly-overs or hunting or hiking is now prohibited, there are no public review or environmental impact statements, and where investigators or nature lovers are scared off with black helicopters, machine guns, and unmarked soldiers. Who are they intending to imprison, where, and how many? Do they have water and food for us, or do they expect us to stay and starve? What are the escape options? Who are the individuals making the most money running them, and are they expecting us to be a part of the world-wide slavery network, and how can we get these individuals to refuse to imprison us?

The privatization of port and airport security and control over our food supply given to hostile nations who have a vested interest in keeping the food for themselves, of having Americans scared and disempowered... etc. How can we get those contracts back under the control of Americans for the greater good of Americans?
... The privatizing of our water, food, energy, health care, air waves. How can we get back control of what we need to survive, locally, sustainably, justly? Do we have just four weeks to get it in place? What websites and info and networking and strategies can we use to prepare?
... scare tactics and controlled leaks and blocked information and the dissemination of false information to scare and confuse some of us, to turn us against each other, and to make the rest too ignorant or in denial and self-sabotaging or giving up and giving in. What are the strategies to secure our information and be correctly informed and empowered, to work together for our mutual good, and to counter their control tactics? What strategies and ways of thinking best helped dissidents in the Nazi resistance in Europe, the resistance to the witch hunting and Inquisition, the Spanish fascists, the many dictatorships around the world, the Argentine resistance to Pinochet, the Native American survival and resistance against American genocide, the Amazon resistance, and ways we can learn from the resistance and massacres in the Chiapas? How can we control our information when the US government can block radio and cell phone and phone lines, as well as the main media and Internet and cut off our electricity? What grassroots and technology organizing and survival items can we have in place within the next four weeks to last us through hard times? What ideas can help us keep up our joy and clear thinking? The best way to avoid being mentally controlled is to have our own facts, mental discipline, values, priorities, adequate sleep, and health, as well as support networks, so how can we share these and expand on them while being resistant to mind-altering weapons? How can we prevent those weapons from being workable and how can we make ourselves resilient and happily strong?

The only reasonable purpose, is to protect/defend a particular position/location, from a popular uprising.
I would keep an eye out, something is coming from higher up, that is going to be outrageously unpopular. Something so offensive, that they feel the need to protect themselves, as they scramble for power and wealth.
Remember, a brigade doesn't make a viable occupation force. It seems as though they are preparing to crash things once and for all, grab the loot, and head out. The deploying force may just be there to cover their escape.
