The first raw vegan FNB was great. Everyone survived post consumer raw food, not that I ever doubted it. Not surprisingly none of our critics reared their ugly heads (or ugly attitudes.) Too bad, I was looking forward to raw pie in their faces.
Anyone else wanna take a stab at why free healthy food sucks?
What you are doing is fantastic! It's expensive to eat raw, my food bills are high but so is my spirit. I think it's very generous that you've volunteered to do this, it may be the only raw FNB anywhere, and I wished I lived in PDX so I could help out. The critics are just jealous....or something.
